SaferWholeSale.com Refund of assembly cost

I purchased two three wheel ebikes and paid $100.00 each bike to be fully assembled. Since delivery of said bikes I have had to go over all assembly parts to tighten up nuts that have come loose or were never tightened in the first place. Just yesterday while riding my trike the right hand pedal came off. Since I paid as a consumer for assembly and now going over all assembly parts I feel this company ripped me off by charging the 200.00 for professional assembly.

Desired outcome: Refund of the assembly cost of $200.00

SaferWholeSale.com Moped

I bought a moped in 12/21 on their website. Shipped to my house middle of January 2022 carrier and I took pictures of damage parts still in cardboard box. I filed filled out the info on their website for parts right away. February 2022 still no answer from a guy named Jon. So 3/7/2022 wife and I drove 70 miles to talk with them. Met Lisa, she said Jon doesn't take calls anymore. She saw the picture's of the damage, said she would contact us the next day, never happened. A week later wife calls her, she says it would be a month for parts to bet here

SaferWholeSale.com Poor customer service on junk item sold

They sell nothing but junk. I purchased a go kart 11/26/21 and it did not even last until the end of December. Spent alot of money on this and it won't start at all. Tried calling and was told had to submit a ticket and that I have to find my own mechanic to figure out what was wrong because they would not help me. Very poor customer service. Was hung up on. Also said it takes at least 3 days to get a response because they have a high volume of people complaining about there products. Junk and more Junk. Poor customer service that do not stand by there products. Will not help you in determining what is wrong but will sell you more parts. Highly recommend to not buy from here. Completely and absolutely upset with this whole situation. I will never ever buy from them again and would like to return this piece of junk.

SaferWholeSale.com UTV received damaged

I order a utv and all the parts are all busted up even floor pans missing parts they will not fix it they want me to tear it apart and repair it I know nothing about this as I am almost 70 years old and not able to do it they tell you it was on your sales receipt but you have to pay for it first this is a really bad company and customer service they will not talk to help try to help you even trying to put it together I ask about a video and they said they don't have time I have tried to cancel this out before I got it and they would not let me buyer be ware file with the fience company getting ready to file with bbb if you want to be talked to like a dumn [censored] this is the place

SaferWholeSale.com Kids 50cc atv gas utility youth quad with electric start

After very long wait we received both quads ordered, both will not run, one seems to have a clutch problem, and both will not even go up small inclines. Very hard to get both quads running and to send back is impossible. Please help with these things or can you make it right somehow. Thank you for your time in advance. Richard Buma

SaferWholeSale.com Sidecar

Was ordered on 8/13/21 was told 4-6 weeks arrived in December & it was the wrong color & has inferior brackets and parts. Price was $2725.20. We have a dispute with credit card company as of now. I am in appeal. Tried calling company several times was hung up on twice, getting nowhere. To return they said pay $600 shipping? To make this sidecar safe to drive it will cost an additional 2-3K because if inferior parts. They sent the wrong color as well when calling she laughed at that. This sidecar is absolute junk. The website says watch installation videos when u click there is nothing there, says minor installation which is not true, I have owned 2 sidecars prior to buying this one so I know what is involved and this needs a welding fabricator which I am not one Safer wholesale is totally not cooperating Very rude and unhelpful. I have seen now many bad reviews on company which is not good for me. It is stored exactly where shipper dropped it off. It is a useless pile of junk. If u give me mailing address I can send hard copies of other info I have found to be damaging to their company. I searched forums & found many complaints... Thank u Ed Morris [protected]@gmail.com

SaferWholeSale.com Warranty Parts

I purchased this quad almost a year ago. When I received it there were a few things wrong with it. It is new not used. The seller claims a warranty. In their ads and on their website. I made a claim many months ago and since then have documented 48 communications
and counting. I believe I am getting the run around over and over.
I see you have 68 claims filed against them. Had I known the reputation I might have rethought the purchase. However, I am at their mercy to get the warrantee parts. Can you help ?

SaferWholeSale.com Motorcycle sidecar

I purchased this on [protected], after many calls and was always told it going out next week. It finally shipped10-21-2021.
I was told it would fit my bike, it needs major fabrication to get on my frame.
The receivers needed to have the excess weld ground out to allow the frame to fit in it the wheel was very small, and the fender large enough to fit a truck none of the pars were predrilled after being lied to so many times as to shipping and that it would fit my bike
I have no respect for this company and since I belong to two riders clubs the american legion riders and the v.F. W riders, you will not get good reviews from me

Desired outcome: the wheel to be larger or the fender to fit that wheel

The only thing that I received was two solar panels and two batteries

SaferWholeSale.com I have been trying to get a replacement wheel for the pit bike I bought. Paid in full.

They are very rude on the phone and said I had to fill out a ticket. Still no word. I need the wheel this was a gift for my grandson. They should replace, I paid 1000.00. They need to be removed from internet, so other honest people don't fall victim to this site. I expect to get a replaced front wheel for the pit bike I bought. I will never buy from this site again and I will let their scam be known.

I ordered (a new but with some fright damage )Samsung refrigerator received an LG. Icemaker not work, leaking "away" from water hookup. Major exterior damage, was purchased with knowledge of SOME Scratches or a dent, NOT MAJOR as I received.No manufacturer manual . Even came with dryed food inside!
Management (one who calls himself Mr.Baker) RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, stopped shot of calling me a liar. No "Solution" to my complaints. Referring me back to their website for solutions ?

SaferWholeSale.com classic carport

Awful company. I paid in full $3750 by electronic check, 6 months ago for a carport. I have maintained contact and received nothing but excuses. No reduced cost, no refund, no product, no carport. I asked to speak with the manufacturer and was refused. The manufacturer, when they finally called, claimed I needed to pay them and the invoice contract they received from SaferWholesale was for the wrong product. I will never do business with this company ever again. I'm out $3750 and no carport.

SaferWholeSale.com sidecar

I purchased a Beemer sidecar in June 2018 from Saferwholesale. I was told the item was on backorder until August. The sidecar came in the in beginning of October from India.

These are my complaints:

1-Sidecar came in black, not OD green, which I paid extra for

2-Sidecar came with no extra tire, which I paid extra for

3-Sidecar came with no installation instructions

4-Missing sidecar cover

5-Came with slight paint damage

22 days later I have received no refund for the paint job, no instructions, no extra tire, and no sidecar cover.

I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

I requested a title for a purchased 300cc trike soon after I received the trike I requested a title about Dec. 20th I had heard noting so on January 19 I called to check on the progress. At that point I was inform that there was a number difference for the title request submitted. I ask why I had not been notified and was told I was sent an Email. I had not received any email. They said they would send another. It did not come. I was told I would need to resubmit. I will do so but the serial # on the trike is very poor and could have been tampered with. I hate have a motorized vehicle in my garage that could be stolen. I will re-summit...wish me luck

SaferWholeSale.com They lied about the shipping

Didn't expect it would happen to me too.
I ordered an item (no matter what it was because my complaint is not about it). They said they would ship it very soon as they have a lot of same items in the warehouse and that everything is going on very well and fast. I thought: Wow! they are doing a great job!
It's been 2 months since I placed my order and it's still not here.
But the worst part of this circus is that every week I called them they told me that the item was sent. And it wasn't!
Yesterday I called them as usual and head the same again. Nothing new.
I guess this was the last time. Tomorrow I will ask for a refund. We'll see how they are going to behave and what they will tell me.

I bought an Electric Bicycle from them. Tried to make sure that everything is ok, contacted them several times knowing what shopping online it is. I needed to hear it from them to have proofs. Guys, I tried to be careful. Didn't help me. Lol.
A little later I got a call from them and was said that my order was out of stock when I was ordering it and they apologized for this. Why does your website shows items that are already out of stock?
Fix it, hire a professional to control things like that. Stop being stupid.

SaferWholeSale.com 360 ultraskiff / fraudulent actions, dishonest, rude, disrespectful

Saferwholesale.com has lied to me about sending emails so I could track the missing items that I have waited 5 wks for now. All 3 of customer service employees have mocked me on the phone, put me on hold multiple times for up to 25 mins when I ask to speak to a manager, I hang up and when I call
back they won't answer the phone. I blocked my number and when Allysa realizes it's me she places me back on hold. When I finally after a wk of Jerry will call you or Jerrys busy with another customer I told Jerry I wanted to return the 2400 dollar item and that I didn't trust this company anymore. He said I couldn't return it and that I was OVER REACTING. The employees at this business would get angry when I would ask if there was any information in my file about my request for missing parts because they all would act like I've never called them to let them know I never recieced all the parts to the 360 ULTRASKIFF. I even contacted The owner Jeff of ULTRASKIFF and he was treated the same way. I've hired an expert in these matter from the state of Illinois to resolve the matter. Also 2 days ago I recieved the cargo carrier badly damaged and missing parts that fell out or the several holes in the boxes. I've documented everything if anyone has any questions or needs help in these matters knowing your rights, don't be afraid to ask. Thank you
