Power Ride Outlet [PRO] Scooter still haven't received it

I ordered a scooter from them on august 20 and still haven't recieved any information on when it will be shipped I got a couple calls from them and just asking about a color to choose for the scooter and another call saying that they was about to ship it and had a tracking number that wasn't activate and didn't want to give me a tracking number I been calling and no pick up and even no calls back and still nothing on my scooter and if they are not planning on shipping it I will like my money back

I had bought a new tao tao 125cc scooter with the description that it was new I had received the product to notice it came out of the package with a broken speedometer a broken tire pecies of the plastic had fallen off and were laying inside the package the frame was cracked all the way down the gear shifter was broken the oil had water in it I am completely disappointed in this company

Power Ride Outlet [PRO] Bad service.

Ended up in court. Had to hire a firm to look up the real name of the company. Powerrideoutlet store is just an llc. I had to fly from miami to california. The owner tried to work things out before the court. He was so nice, acted as if he and others at the company did all they could for me - not - they completely ignored all of my 30 attempts to get this correct. After my denial to work this out before the real trial he became arrogant, rude, even offered me sex. When I said no he said he would have me back in court for other reasons. I was the victor in my case.
If you do as I did have a firm represent you in court your own or a local california firm so they will be present. Word stay away from this bad, bad company.

Power Ride Outlet [PRO] Order# 132285

I made an order 8/19/16 for two bikes. A month later I was informed the bikes are not in stock. I asked for a refund . The lady assured me they will be getting more bikes. That was on 9/21/16. Now it's the middle of Oct and I have not received a bike nor a refund! I have spent over $3100.00 and they have not issue me a refund like I was promise! Lies, and more lies! Now supposedly the phone lines are down! No responds to my voice messages, emails or chat line messages! Power ride outlet is MIA ! This is so unjust and unfair! I see and I'm reading so many bad reviews! Why are they still in business! They stole my money and had me order a product that wasn't even in stock! Who does deceitful business like that?! Power ride outlet does! I also think they have business under other names as well so be aware and goggle them! All I want is a full refund back to my account! Also my card was hack after I ordered online from them and they suggested I do a bank to bank transaction and save 3%. It's all a scam to get your money any way they can! I'm so hurt, mad and sad! Why me?

Power Ride Outlet [PRO] Go kart

I bought a gokart from power ride outlet on sep. 14 2016 and its Oct 14 2016 and it still states online, (inline awaiting freight carrier(), I paid for rush processing witch is a waist of money bow. vie called in several times only managed to talk to a human once. Sent 12 emails and haven't got one reply. I am beyond pissed I want ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. vie reported to the better business bureau and they are waiting for power ride outlet to contact them witch wont happen because they steal and lie there way out of everything! Never ever use power ride outlet for anything exempt to wipe your ###!

Power Ride Outlet [PRO] Scooters

I don't even know where to start, from the beginning I guess, ordered a scooter and was let know that it would take 3 business days to ship. Great huh, what they didn't explain is that I would have to wait 10 additional days just to have the parts come in for the scooter and on top of that I had to wait an additional 5 days for it to be shipped to me. So I waited patiently and two weeks go by and I get no update or anything letting me know what's going on. Sales pro's are literally nowhere to be found! By the time you actually do talk to one you have forgotten you were on a conversation with them and then there already gone! So I cancel my order and now I have been waiting little over a month just to get my refund back and on top of that they refuse to waive my cancellation fee due to their bad service NEVER GO HERE! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD THEY ARE HUGE SCAM ARTIST !

Power Ride Outlet [PRO] ATV Rider

Don't purchase from Power Ride Outlet in Ca. We order a 4 wheeler for a Xmas present in Dec 2015 and and finally got in the end of Jan. When It arrived was was damaged. Called right away and they said we had to fill out a claim ..Did that .Than they sent back another letter saying the file a claim against the trucking company .Well that didn't work either. I asked them if I can just return the ATV and they said I had to pay for the shipping. I already paid to have it shipped to me and damaged and they want me to pay again to ship it back. . I sent them picture of the the damages on the ATV the end of FEB just hoping to get the new parts shipped to and as of April 13, they claim not in stock. So my grandson can just sit on the ATV and make believe he is riding it. Don't try calling them because you just get put on hold for 20 minutes then the pass you off to someone else and sit on the phone for another 20 minutes and all you do is waste your time

returned item that was on layaway plan. was suppose to receive refund never happened. it has been four days and no one answer the phone or emails and i have been calling my bank trying to see if the money has been refunded it has not been they also had me on hold for about 2 hrs and had to call over 20 times to reach some one and its been some days now still havent received refund or an response from company

Power Ride Outlet [PRO] Liar's, cheats, & thieves!!! Do not give them your money or business

This company and all its workers or all LIARS & CROOKS! I purchased a 125cc coolster ATV for my children for christmas. I ordered ATV and helmet to match. Recieved ATV, no helmet had to call them with the safety of my kids in mind wanting this helmet for their first ride. They sent the helmet we recieved it christmas eve, luckily. While waiting on the helmet I put the unit together, double checked all other bolted items, and test drove it enough to set the speed. The kids (10 year old son and 7 year old daughter) find it outside with a big red bow for christmas very happy. They ride it for 2 hours take a break and ride it again for 2 more hours until it stops running in the middle of my daughter riding. Horrible experience starts there. I call them on 12/27/14 to discuss what could be wrong for the ATV to not have any spark and they tell me to fill out warranty paper work and they will send CDI, and Coil. takes 3 weeks to get parts I change and still no spark. Call back they say it could be the stator but it is harder to change, so I tell them I can handle it I am pretty mechanically inclined. They send the stator so I take apart the housing and find that they sent the wrong stator. Find that the stator is deffinetly the problem due to 1 of the 2 screws that holds the stator in came loose and got caught up in the magneto and shredded the stator. They tell me to take more pics and fill out more warranty paper work so I do for the stator, the magneto because its all banged up, the bolt that holds it because it is ruined, the stator housing because the ruined bolt destroyed the threads in the housing, a new gasket for the housing also the remote kill because it never worked from the get go. They send me the rite stator and 2 new bolts and thats it and tell me the rest is on the way still after 4 weeks of waiting already. Long story short it is 5/9/15 and I still don't have the rest of the parts that they say was urgent sent, still no spark and still no running ATV for my kids after 5 monthes. I have called these people at least 20 times, spent at least 5 hours on hold, requested the manager or owner to call me 7 times to no avail. Christy and Claudia are the women that always answer the phone and always tell me the same thing when asked for the manager or the rest of the parts; he is not in the office now or the parts have been sent out with a bogus tracking number. I have told them i want money back or my ATV sent to someone that they pay for repairs or I am turning them into Better Business Bureau, Complaint board, and taking legal action. Still no call from manager so here is the start contacting BBB tomorrow. DON'T GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY OR BUSINESS THEY WILL SCREW YOU!

Agree with all your commpents jake from iowa atvs and more i purchased two and 3 times of riding chains stretch fall off of both. One was missing the hand guards in the beginning of purchase said they were going to get them to me I'm off now and still ain't got them to me keep giving me every f****** reason that there was then a man could come up with so he says he was going to order new jeans and handguard soon as he gets them in he'll have them bring us down and get them fixed and take care of me with no problem no phone call I take them to him tell him that they need to be fixed don't know what's wrong with one of them starter is making a horrible grinding noise and it doesn't even work they said at his place for three weeks deliver order new jeans deliver order new jeans they take one of them and take a link out of one of them in the other ones not even touched still missing hand guards and starter not ordered or fixed so I go down there I pick him up tell him how much horrible business that they've done even when they first told me that they were going tell fix them now I'm going to take legal action. He even agreed with me when I took him down that the change on those are weak and they stretch so he was going to replace them with new then I look at the chains and one of their workers told me that all they did is tucking f****** link out of it are you f****** serious so people do not buy any of these ATVs from the Pacific Junction Iowa ATVs and more owner's name Jake or that's the son his dad is the owner.

I also brought a coolster product for my kids on Christmas. They were so happy to get a dirt bike the QG-50. But they were soon disappointed when in the middle of there ride the bike stops working. I have took the bikes apart to also find a random bolt stuck to the magneto. I removed the bolt put back to still no good. And still don't have this figured out and the funny thing is that the bolt that I found doesn't go to the bike.

Power Ride Outlet [PRO] Frauds liars terrible

Terrible. Bought a Roma 150 cc. Came defected, carburetor, mirrors, battery, not starting. All types of issues including electrical. Steven worst of them and it trickles down to his staff. He's a liar and has no integrity. No business acumen and doesn't understand the importance of good service long term. When he sold me bike he stood behind its quality, after I bought it he said to me it's a chineese scooter and it's cheap. Mind you I just had recieved the item 4 weeks later. Google powerrideoutlet.com reviews and you will see videos, over 30 better business complaints and tons of cases. Stay away from these people. No good

Power Ride Outlet [PRO] Broken Bike Bad service

Scam crooks

Dealing with power ride outlet has been the worst experience I have had with a company in many years.
I purchased a bike for just under 2500.
I also ordered an upgraded carburetor, there was no mention, if I needed to have it installed for a fee the website says fully assembled.
The bike was supposed to arrive within 4 to 5 days it took 7 weeks.
The bike arrived damaged.
The box was destroyed.
The pallets it sat on were crushed.
The metal frame that encased the bike was dented.
The bike had scratches all over it.
The trunk does not close properly.
There are no night running lights.
The alarm does not work correctly.
The bike does not startup efficiently it does not have any power.
The handlebars are scratched up everywhere.
The bike is scratched up everywhere.
Power Ride Outlet does not acknowledge their role in this situation they have not honored their 12-month warranty.
They have not honored their return policy.
Power Ride OutLet basically received 2300. I received a bike that is not Street worthy or as described.
The bike cannot be insured or tagged.
This bike is damaged.. Power Ride Outlet does not acknowledge their role in this situation.
They also never delivered the helmets that I ordered or the free gift they said they were sending.
I urge you strongly do not deal with this company you will regret it. I have made a claim to the better business bureau and with American Express, hopefully, Those companies will resolve this.
5 months later the Better Business Burial, Could not resolve this situation.

American Express Has Refunded me My Money.
I received a Bike that did not come with paperwork.
It never was or is in my name.
It Is sitting untagged, Uninsured.
My responsibility with this bike has ended.
You would think they would get this crap so they can resell it to another shmuck.
They said they will pick it up but I have to package it. They threatened me in e-mails. Ha what
a crock of Donkey poo.
Me pay one more penny for Power Ride Out Let ... Not on Your life..

😈 Power Ride Outlet is very not nice!# Two years later power ride outlet is still doing crooked, deceitful, corrupt business! I ordered two bikes totalling over $3100 dollars on 8/19/16. Order # 132285. A month later after manually power ride outlet I was informed the two bikes wasn't even in stock! I requested a full refund in which I never received! They suggested I ordered another bike and I would get the difference in a refund! Which was suppose to be a little over $1500. I have not received a refund or a bike! It has been in the PDI page for over a month! Now the phone lines are down and no response back through their emails or chat lines! I'm s o mad at this company! I see that they have a F rating! Why didn't I see this all before !I could have avoided this headache! Omg

Power Ride Outlet [PRO] No info about order and seller is jerk

I paid money for the order, which I placed on the website www.powerrideoutlet.com. I paid about $2, 900 for the order and postage, but the seller provided the fake info about order and impossible to track it. I sent several emails, but no response. After 3 weeks my order hasn’t been delivered. The seller continued to keep silence. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Power Ride Outlet [PRO] Go somewhere else

Don't purchase from Power Ride Outlet. Spend the extra $50 and buy from someone with a good reputation. I learned the hard way that saving a few bucks isn't always best. I purchased an Chinese youth ATV from powerrideoutlet.com on a Friday. I received it ten days later on a Tuesday. My kids were super excited to help me put it together. We had even went to the auto parts store the while waiting for delivery to buy oil. They couldn't wait to ride. We put the entire machine together only to find that a key was not included with the ATV. I couldn't do anything. I called Power Ride Outlet that afternoon and asked for a key to be sent to me. I was told by the women on the phone that she would have one sent overnight to me. I called the next day to confirm that the part was mailed and get a tracking#. I found out the part had not been mailed and the man I talked to said he would be sure it was mailed that day. During this conversation he questioned whether I just couldn't find the key. I explained to him I searched all over because my kids were so excited to ride. The next day I still had not received the key. I called again and was finally given a tracking #. When I put this in the USPS tracking I found the package was sent priority mail. It arrived on Monday. Five days of my kids sitting on the ATV pretending to ride it.I received an entire ignition. I replaced the one with the missing key but it was not working. After a few minutes I discovered the replacement was wired wrong. The ATV was on with the key in the off position and vice versa. Also, if the wiring is slightly bumped it acts as if it is turned off. I called again to ask for this to be replaced. That was on Tuesday. I have still not received a tracking # or the part. It is now Saturday.On top of all this, the ATV arrived banged up. It was not packaged well at all. There were several spots where the crate rubbed on the ATV causing scuffs and scratches. I asked about this when I called about the missing key and was told to email pictures. I did that, but have not had any response to that problem.Even though the wiring is wrong, we have still been able to start and ride the ATV. Until tonight that is. The engine turns over but does not fire up. I have checked that it is getting fuel, there is spark, the kill switch is in the correct position but it still will not fire up.

I ordered a Yamaha Grizzly Clone in December of 2016 for my son for Christmas. We celebrated Christmas on Christmas Eve. He was able to ride the ATV for an hour or two on Christmas Eve same thing with Christmas Day and that has been it. We get it started and it shuts down as if it is flooding itself out. I called the company no one answered. I called a few days later no one answered left a message with all of my information. Again no one got back with me. I called again left a message and all my info. Some one from "tech support" called unfortunately I missed that call it was late at night. I called back left a message with my information again. This same person from "tech support" returned my call finally. I informed him of the issue he wasn't very helpful and wanting to fix the problem. Where I work I do not have the greatest cell service unfortunately lost the call. I tried calling back AGAIN no one answers the dang phone I leave another message with all the information. The "tech support" guy never tried calling back. What kind of customer service is that, that you can`t even call back when the call is lost? I tried sending and email recently and an auto reply was sent back that the email address is no longer a valid email. Are you freaking kidding me? So they do not answer your calls, they do not call back, and you cant contact them by email. I will never do business with this company again. I have learned my lesson this is why I do not like ordering online. Now I have to pay someone else to fix whatever issue we are having with this "new ATV" that has a warranty with it but apparently that's no good.

I really would like to know who the owners of Power Ride Outlet are. I did some checking and I could not find out any information about them. I am not even sure Power Ride Outlet is a registered business. I went on the website of the California Secretary of State and found nothing. When I called the phone number on their website, I was informed by the person who answered the phone that their office has moved from upland, California to The City of Industry, California. But I still could not get any information on the legal name of the company, who their agent of service is or who the owners are. Please if anyone out there has any information that would help me locate the owners of the business i would very much appreciate it.

melvin spoonemore cc charlotte waltz i purchased a1500cc scooter from power ride .I called them several times very hard to talk to .after 3 weeks i called them to ask why they did not send the scooter they said they needed a copy of my moms drivers lic. and credit card .we called them back was on the phone with them for two hours they said the copy was sufficient two days later call them back to ask if they sent the scooter they said they said the copy was not good .so i stopped the order .it was 750.00 they say in their contract they will keep 5 per.if not sent . they are keeping 247.00 dollas my math said it is only 37.50 these as-holes will steal from their on grandma .may god forgive them when they die . point made DONT BUY FROM THEM .they are not honest and can not count

I was able to cancel my order. After waiting 6 days for them to process the order. Which they never did. They used numerous excuses for their shotty business practice. All the warning signs were there. I a m glad I got theses clowns out of my life.

Purshased a 150cc scooter from power ride this past feb.2016 and it runs great looks good starts everytime i did have to purchase a battery also would be wise to purchase a battery charger 1.5 amp charger to keep the battery at its peak.this scooter is fun to ride and easy to handle.just right for my size and height.sorry for ur problems with power ride.but very happy with my bike and powerride over all.

This company is the biggest rip-off i have ever seen! i spent $1200 on a bashan 50cc chinese motorbike. It has not worked from day one. I have spent over $300 trying to repair the bike, but the engine won't turn over and i have never been able to ride the bike. I filed a case with paypal to get my money back, but they ruled in favor of the company. Seriously? i have even tried to sell the bike for less than half of what i paid, but apparently no one out there wants to buy a non-running bike. Avoid this company like the plague!

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT order from this company - Look at all the reviews and Google / Yahoo / BBB this company and trust me when I tell you all the complaints are 100% true! My husband ordered off this website thinking he could get a good deal well all we got is one HUGE headache! He bought a scooter for $1, 399.99 once we finally heard back from the company about shipping I called our local notary in PA and was told that with scooters coming from CA usually have an "L" Vin number and they would have to send the title away that could take up to 2 weeks to verify. So after 3 emails, sitting on the online chat for 5 hours waiting for someone to respond, and repeated phone calls I finally got to talk to a manager after talking to the ladies that had no idea what I was telling them about the VIN and the notary. He explained to me that PA is a notary state and we should have had a call stating the company could notarize the bill of sale for us for a charge. Well we didn't get a call about this nor was this an option at check out when we purchased this and told them we were in PA. So he told me he would pull the paper work and have to bill of sale notarized and over night it to me (this was Tuesday) in the mean time we had to set up shipping so I picked Friday thinking OK this will give us plenty of time to get the paper work here and the scooter. NOPE - WRONG scooter arrived and still no paper work I took a whole day off work with no pay thinking I could get all my running around and handle this all in one day. I call the company and explain I didn't get the bill of sale paperwork I was informed by the Manager that it would take at least 2 days IN HOUSE to have this done then it would be sent! None of this was explained on the phone as a customer if you say your doing this in house I would assume your walking down the hall getting it notarized and sending me the paperwork. So now I have a scooter with no paperwork and a scooter that is a 2014 model not a 2015 model like you would assume when you purchase brand new and it has scuffs all over it the trunk bar is all discolored just not a brand new nice scooter you would expect. Now I finally get all my paperwork and take it to Brimmer's Licensing center to have them send all the paperwork to PennDot. Well guess what! As you can expect the VIN does not match and can not be verified in the VIN system at PennDot! So I call the company and after HORRIBLE TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND THE MANAGER HAVING THE GULL TO YELL AT ME ON THE PHONE! after I spent almost $1400.00 of this piece of crap tells me this is not his problem! So I ever so kindly send him the paperwork from PennDot explaining this he gets in contact with this manufacturer they send us some piece of paper that "should fix the problem" well guess what! It doesn't fix the problem! It still can not be verified and let me tell you this company will not lift a finger to figure out what the problem is they will tell you that it's your problem and they can't do anything as if i picked the VIN and put it in the system and I should go to a different place to get it titled/registered/plated well I don't know about you but we only have one place that does this in PA its called Pennsylvania Department of Transportation! So now after more attitude from the manager and his lack of willing to help I am a month of paying for a scooter that I can not ride! They refuse to come get this scooter and just give me my money back and now they are saying through email because they will not pick up the phone and make a professional phone call that the manufacturer called PennDot and this will be fixed in yet another 2 weeks. But I am the one that has to call all the the places and try to get everything resubmitted to try to get this plated/registered/titled. And that's after a 2 week waiting period so who knows if it will even work and it will be another 2 weeks gone! This company is a joke please DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT order from them! Do not take all the negative reviews lightly they are very real. This company has no customer service what so ever - I was put on hold for over 1hour and 3mintues until I hung up because they didn't want to deal with me and the manager has no professionalize to pick up the phone. They stole over $1, 400.00 from me and I have filed complaints with the BBB / State Attorney General in PA and CA and also notified to local police in CA to have them look into this as theft of services and fraud. At this point they did not hold up what I paid for and I have had a scooter sitting in my yard for over a month! AGAIN DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT order from this company unless you are willing to throw away that kind of money!

I bought a moped from Power Ride in Oct. The paint was chipped. The kickstarter stripped after ten kicks. The handlebar bolt was stripped. The bike bounced down the road because the rear tire was deformed. It was 8 mm out of round and was installed backwards, the rotation direction was wrong. The tire rubbed on the center kickstand. Their warranty process is unworkable. I filled it out four times and once over the phone. I would not buy from this company again. The product is cheap junk.

I placed order for ATV 25MAY2014. On their website in my account it states that payment has cleared and order is processing. Now 7JUN2014, order still processing. I have sent 2 emails with no response. Tried calling during their listed business hours get recording saying their closed. Tried online chat feature on site, no one available. I cant get a hold of anyone from this company to find out the status of my order since their site says 1-3 days of processing time.Horrible customer service!

OK, May 25 is a Sunday and it was a holiday weekend. That means nobody got the order until Tuesday... 3 days to look at the order from the May 27 is Friday May 30... On there site it says during holidays, it takes 48-72 hours to process the order for shipping. Again, NOT using weekends, that means that they would ship the order on June 4- June 5.
Now we get into how you paid... AND this could cause more delays.

That said, If they are not responding to calls, emails, etc... You need to see about canceling the order. BUT be warned because this company has some LARGE fees if you cancel an order depending on if it was already shipped...

Power Ride Outlet [PRO] Bad scooter and services

I bought scooter from Powerideoutlet Inc. I drove it and suddenly it broke. I argued with the seller within several weeks, and he finally agreed to repair it. After several weeks of waiting, the seller informed me that they received the necessary parts. They changed them within 2 months, and after they returned the scooter, it broke again. Really horrible services and bad seller. Don’t buy from them and post comments if you have the similar situation with these guys.

Power Ride Outlet [PRO] Stay away from them!

I bought a bike from powerrideoutlet.com and it needed repairs which they said they would fix. It took over a year and still was not fixed properly. I sued them and recovered a portion of my money, fixed the bike and resold, but still lost over $1800. Stay away from them!

Power ride outlet is a scam folks. Its a few people that trick you into sending them money, and they will use your money to purchase defected scooters, then send you one. Majority of the time, they will just trick you out your money, and you'll never hear from them. They got me with the installment fraud in which they got me out of $465.94. Words of wisdom, stay clear away from these fraudulent people, whoever they are.

Dealing with power ride outlet has been the worst experience I have had with a company in many years.
I purchased a bike for just under 2500.
I also ordered an upgraded carburetor, there was no mention, if I needed to have it installed for a fee the website says fully assembled.
The bike was supposed to arrive within 4 to 5 days it took 7 weeks.
The bike arrived damaged.
The box was destroyed.
The pallets it sat on were crushed.
The metal frame that encased the bike was dented.
The bike had scratches all over it.
The trunk does not close properly.
There are no night running lights.
The alarm does not work correctly.
The bike does not startup efficiently it does not have any power.
The handlebars are scratched up everywhere.
The bike is scratched up everywhere.
Power Ride Outlet does not acknowledge their role in this situation they have not honored their 12-month warranty.
They have not honored their return policy.
Power Ride OutLet basically received 2300. I received a bike that is not Street worthy or as described.
The bike cannot be insured or tagged.
This bike is damaged.. Power Ride Outlet does not acknowledge their role in this situation.
They also never delivered the helmets that I ordered or the free gift they said they were sending.
I urge you strongly do not deal with this company you will regret it. I have made a claim to the better business bureau and with American Express, hopefully, Those companies will resolve this.
5 months later the Better Business Burial, Could not resolve this situation.

American Express Has Refunded me My Money.
I received a Bike that did not come with paperwork.
It never was or is in my name.
It Is sitting untagged, Uninsured.
My responsibility with this bike has ended.
You would think they would get this crap so they can resell it to another shmuck.
They said they will pick it up but I have to package it. They threatened me in e-mails. Ha what
a crock of Donkey poo.
Me pay one more penny for Power Ride Out Let ... Not on Your life..

Dear Mr.Tracy Henderson, this is David with Power Ride Outlet. I'eve looked at your case and please understand we fixed your engine that was not properly maintained, when our mechanic open up the engine that you send back the oil is so black that we could tell it never had a oil change. You rode it for 4 months with out oil change and it finally broke. We still try to help you at the end and replace all the parts and fixed for you. Please don't just tell half of the story, thank you!

I brought a 250cc bike from them 4 months later the something in the engine broke.I sent them the engine back then waited 2 months for them send it back to me. I live in san Antonio, tx they sent it to 1108 Vincent st redondo beach, ca .Never again well I deal with them again.

If prove that you are providing false statement, Power Ride Outlet will look for the IP address that update the above statement and take necessary legal action.
