SFX Performance

I ordered from SFX Performance on June 6th at 9:30 in the morning, which was six business days ago. However, my order has yet to ship. I received a confirmation email that stated, "Unless you have selected expedited shipping most order are processed for shipping within 1-3 business days." I am disappointed that SFX Performance has not met their commitment to their customers. At this point, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

So, I ordered some lug nuts from SFX Performance a couple of weeks ago. It took them a while to send me an email saying that my order was finally being shipped. I was starting to get a bit worried, you know? I mean, I had already paid for the stuff, so I wanted to make sure that everything was okay.

I called them up last week to ask what was going on, and they told me that they had to order the lug nuts from the manufacturer, Gorilla. That's why it was taking so long. I was a bit annoyed that they didn't tell me that earlier, you know? Like, if they had just sent me an email saying that the item was out of stock or something, I wouldn't have been so worried.

Anyway, I finally got the shipping confirmation email today. I'm glad that everything is finally sorted out, but I don't think I'll be ordering from SFX Performance again. I mean, their communication could definitely be better. Next time, I'll go with someone else who can keep me in the loop a bit better.

So, I ordered some parts from SFX Performance and when they arrived, they were not the same as the pictures on the website. I mean, I get it, things change and all, but come on, update the pictures, right?

Anyway, I called up their customer service and it took me talking to three different people before I finally got to someone who was willing to help me out. But, I gotta say, once I did get to that person, they were really good about resolving the situation.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with how things turned out. It was a bit of a hassle, but at least they were willing to make it right.

I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled with my shopping experience at SFX Performance. It's not that I have anything against the company, it's just that I've been having a pretty rough time trying to get my hands on some wheels. That being said, if SFX Performance can actually deliver the mr117s to me, I'll be more than happy to give them a 5-star rating. I mean, I'm not unreasonable. If they can come through for me, I'll give credit where credit is due. But until then, I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down.

After finally getting through to a sales representative, I was told that the part I ordered may come from another manufacturer and they had no idea when it would be available.

I think it would be helpful if SFX Performance advertised that they are only an order processor and do not actually have any inventory. This would save customers like me from getting their hopes up for a quick delivery that may not be possible.

Communication was terrible! I done paid with PayPal and ain't got no invoice. When I called, they told me that it's a problem they know about when folks use PayPal and they don't send no invoice. They said my order would ship the next day, but it didn't. I called again and found out they sold me something they ain't even got in stock, so I gotta wait even longer. I cancelled my order and went somewhere else.

I ain't happy with SFX Performance. I was lookin' for a rear glass slidin' window and saw an ad for one on their website. I bought it online and waited a week for it to arrive. When it finally did, it turned out to be a louver instead of a window. I asked for my money back, but the guy on the phone said he'd charge me for a call tag. If they're gonna advertise somethin' as one thing and send somethin' else, they should take responsibility and give me a full refund. It's just not right.

I asked him when I could expect to get my stuff and he said it should be there by the end of the week and then shipped to me. But now, my order status is still "on order from manufacturer" and I'm getting a little ticked off because I feel like I was lied to. Like, come on man, just tell me the truth.
