I ordered a part from SFX Performance about two weeks ago. I was really excited to receive it this week, but when I called to track my order, I was told that it hadn't even been sent yet. I was pretty frustrated because when I talked to the shippers two weeks ago, they didn't mention that the part was out of stock and that SFX Performance would have to make a new one. If I had known that, I would have cancelled my order and gone somewhere else. This is actually the second time that SFX Performance has done this to me, so I'm not going to order from them again in the future. I'll also be telling my friends and family to avoid them as well.

I ordered from SFX Performance a week ago and my order is still stuck on "processing". I've been trying to track my shipment but the tracking number doesn't seem to work on any of the major shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. I'm not sure what's going on with my order and I'm starting to get worried. I received two emails confirming my payment (I used my Visa card) and I even got my receipt, but my order is still stuck in processing. I'm not sure if I need to do something else to get my order shipped or if there's a problem with the website. Any help or answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I went on sfxperformance.com and ordered some wheel center caps on a Sunday. It's been over two weeks now and I still haven't received my order. I was happy with the way they looked and they fit perfectly on my Impala. However, the whole process was a bit of a hassle and I wish there had been better communication from sfxperformance.com.

Overall, I would recommend sfxperformance.com for their selection of parts and their competitive prices. However, I would caution potential customers to be aware of potential delays and to keep an eye on their order status. It's always better to be proactive and reach out to customer service if you have any concerns.

The next night, after 8:30 pm, I heard a loud THUD at my front door. To my surprise, it was my order from SFX. I guess they take the term "drop shipment" quite literally! Despite the unorthodox delivery method, I was pleased to see that my order was correct and the price was good.

However, I do think that SFX needs to work on keeping their customers updated on the status of their orders. A simple email notification when the order status changes would go a long way in keeping customers informed and satisfied. As a customer, it's frustrating to be left guessing about the whereabouts of your order.

However, when I went to purchase the mirrors through PayPal, I was a bit confused as to why they required all of my contact information. I recently made a purchase from SFX Performance for my 2012 F250 FWD Diesel 6.7L. I was really excited to upgrade my ride and found several items on their website that caught my eye. I decided to make a single item order to test the waters since it was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered a locking billet fuel door in gloss black for $131.00 with shipping.

My credit card was charged the same day I placed my order, which was a good sign. The website was easy to navigate and I was impressed with the selection of products they had to offer. However, I was disappointed to find out that my order would not be shipped for 1-2 days, despite the website claiming otherwise. I received an order confirmation after 7 days, but there was no tracking number included. I decided to call and inquire about my order and was told that it would ship the following week.

After 14 days, I called again and was told the same thing - that my order would ship the following week. It wasn't until 21 days after placing my order that I finally received it. To their credit, they did ship it via 2 day priority mail, but the fact that my credit card was charged 22 days prior to receiving my order was not cool. I was not happy about that at all.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about SFX Performance. On one hand, they have a great website and a good selection of products. On the other hand, their delivery time needs improvement and they should not charge a customer's card until the order has been shipped. I will be taking my business elsewhere for my suspension, shocks, bumpers, grill, winch, fender flares, tires, and wheels. Sorry guys, you had your chance.

I stumbled upon SFX Performance while searching for a lift kit for my 2000 Toyota Tacoma. I was pleased to find that they had the specific item I needed for my 5 lug, 2WD, Base model truck. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and I received the product within the expected timeframe.

I am quite satisfied with the lift kit itself, as it has given my truck a great new look and the ability to accommodate up to 30" tires. However, there were a couple of issues that I encountered that were not mentioned on the website or in the manufacturer's instructions.

Firstly, I noticed that the front end track increased by several inches after installing the lift kit. This caused more of the tire to show outside the wheel well on the front, which was not something I had anticipated. On the other hand, the rear wheels track dimension remained the same with this lift kit.

Secondly, I discovered that the hole on the front lower swing arms where the shock is inserted was too small for the shock supplied in the kit. The manufacturer suggested using a die grinder to widen the opening to allow for the new shock installation. However, these instructions were not included in the manufacturer's literature, which was a bit frustrating. As a result, I had to remove the coil spring to install the shocks, which was considerably more work than I had anticipated.

Overall, I am pleased with my experience with SFX Performance and the lift kit I purchased. However, I would have appreciated more detailed information about the product and its installation beforehand. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend SFX Performance to others looking for quality automotive parts and accessories.

I ordered from SFX Performance on June 6th at 9:30 in the morning, which was six business days ago. However, my order has yet to ship. I received a confirmation email that stated, "Unless you have selected expedited shipping most order are processed for shipping within 1-3 business days." I am disappointed that SFX Performance has not met their commitment to their customers. At this point, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Communication was terrible! I done paid with PayPal and ain't got no invoice. When I called, they told me that it's a problem they know about when folks use PayPal and they don't send no invoice. They said my order would ship the next day, but it didn't. I called again and found out they sold me something they ain't even got in stock, so I gotta wait even longer.
