I hereby inform you of my very very bad experience with Russels Furnishers.
Firstly, i had to go back to the Arcadia store 3 times and sit there for more than an hour, after hearing that they need more information. This already wasted more than 3 hours of my time.
I then wanted to cancel my order, however i was promised that i would receive my goods on saturday the 19th of September. When i phoned the Arcadia store, they told me that they forget to phone me yesterday to inform me that they will not be delivering today. The only reason i did not cancell the order on that day is because i was promised delivery today. only to find out they are not delivering. i had my helpers come in specifically today to help move my furniture around, and now they are here and my order cant be delivered. There is no one else to help me on monday.
This is the worst service ever.
