This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

Overcharges: I rented an attachment and Rug Doctor machine at Walmart on Transit Road, Williamsville, NY 6/22/2023 and returned both rinsed on 6/23/2023 on time. I was billed 43.43 correctly initially and then 06/27/2023 twice, 130.32 and 326.25 dollars. I was sent an email from my credit card company asking if I was aware of the charges which I was not, but didn't see this email until now, a month later. I can't possibly be charged this total for one days rental. This machine was in good working condition when I used it and any need otherwise would be due to the machine needing maintenance. Rug Doctor should not bill customers for wear and tear not related to normal use.

S.N.

Desired outcome: Please refund the excessive charges of $130.32 and $326.25 to my charge card.
