I bought a rug for $1500 last year and I've been trying to get it returned or replaced for a while now. I've contacted them many times, leaving messages and making phone calls. Finally, I spoke with Robert U and he said he talked to me in March, but I still haven't gotten a refund or a replacement. This rug was too expensive to just sit rolled up against a wall doing nothing in my house.

I got a rug in a dirty package, it was opened in two places, and it was damp on one end. I sent pictures, but the company kept insisting that I send more pictures. The picture didn't show the dampness because the rug was black. They kept going back and forth, saying I needed to send more pictures. I had already sent them twice. I couldn't refuse the shipment because it arrived when I wasn't home. They wouldn't take it back unless I paid for shipping, which was a lot to return. So, I returned the rug. The boss was really rude and didn't care about my concerns. He said people call all the time wanting to return rugs. I will never do business with this company again. Eventually, I bought 5 rugs for my new house, but not from this company. I don't spend money with a shady company that is rude to customers.
