Rugs.ca Unreliable and Misleading: My Disappointing Experience with Rugs.ca

So, I recently ordered this rug from rugs.ca that I thought would be the perfect addition to my cozy apartment. Boy, was I wrong! When I received the package and opened it up, I couldn't believe how flimsy and thin the rug was. I mean, it weighed less than 20 lbs and was about as thick as two measly towels. What kind of rug is that?!

Plus, I was so disappointed when I saw the color. I ordered a beautiful gold rug but what I received was a terrible, sickly greeenish-brown color. Yuck! And on top of all that, turns out rugs.ca isn't even a Canadian company! They're based in the US and the rug had to be shipped all the way from South Carolina. This explains why it came folded in the package. Like, what kind of real rug comes folded?!

After seeing the picture of the rug online, I was so excited about all the plushness and style it had, but when I got it, I realized the pictures were totally unrealistic. They did not show what this rug would really look like in person. Total waste of my precious time, energy, and money.

To make matters worse, they shipped the package using Fedex which is just the worst shipping operation ever. The delivery was four whole business days late which caused me so much inconvenience. I'm actually disabled, so you can imagine how much of a challenge it is to return such a big package. I'm still trying to figure that out, to be honest.

This whole experience has left such a bitter taste in my mouth. I vow never to buy from a US retailer again, and I definitely won't be purchasing from anyone who uses Fedex. I learned my lesson and I'm going to be more careful with my online shopping from now on. Live and learn, I guess.

Rugs.ca Mixed Customer Service Experience with Rugs.ca - Review

So I was pretty excited to get a new rug for my living room from Rugs.ca, but boy did it turn out to be a hassle. First off, I messed up my address when I placed the order so the rug was delayed. When I called up customer service, the first lady I talked to was kind of rude and didn't seem to care about my problem. She said she fixed the issue and promised to send me a confirmation, but surprise surprise, I never got one.

I finally called them back again and talked to this awesome lady named Racquel. She was super helpful and fixed everything right up for me. She even gave me a refund for all my troubles. She told me that FedEx would send me a tracking number on Monday, but of course, that didn't happen either.

Then I talked to some guy who was nice but still promised to send me a confirmation and never did. Ugh, I was getting so frustrated and was seriously considering just cancelling the order altogether. But then I got lucky and talked to Racquel again. This time she had everything sorted out and confirmed that my rug would be delivered the very next day.

When the rug finally arrived, I have to say, it was absolutely gorgeous. But let's be real, it was NOT worth all the hassle. I'm just glad that Racquel finally came to my rescue and made everything right in the end.

Guys, let me tell you about my amazing experience with Rugs.ca (rugs.ca). I don't know about you, but I'm a rug fanatic. I have rugs and runners all over my house, and I'm always on the lookout for more. That's why I was so excited when I found Rugs.ca - and let me tell you, they did not disappoint!

I've bought 10 (yes, ten!) rugs and runners from Rugs.ca so far, and everyone who comes into my home (including my angel daughter) is always blown away. They say things like, "Wow, love that rug!" or "You must tell me where you bought that rug - it must have set you back a fortune!" And I just laugh because I know the truth - I got the best quality rugs delivered right to my door in just two days, and I got them for 65% off! Rugs.ca always has amazing sales going on, and I've never been disappointed by the quality of their products.

One of my favorite rugs from Rugs.ca is an 8" by 12" stunner that I got for just $97.89 - that's with delivery included and taxes in! I couldn't believe how beautiful it was when it arrived - it totally blew me away. Since then, I've bought even more rugs from Rugs.ca - I just can't get enough of their amazing service and selection. And let me tell you, I know the manager personally, and he's a total sweety. He'll go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your purchase.

Rugs.ca has all shapes, sizes, colors and styles - there's truly something for everyone. I've been a customer for almost three years now, and I've recommended Rugs.ca to all my customers at work. They love me for it, and I love Rugs.ca for being such an awesome company. Seriously, there's no beating Rugs.ca in my opinion.

Rugs.ca Beware of Rugs.ca: Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service

So, I wanted to write a review about rugs.ca, a place where we bought our nursery's "pink and white rug." I thought the price was a bit high at $209 but went ahead with the purchase expecting a good quality rug. However, when we finally unrolled it, we were saddened to see that the colors were grey with dirty pink, which looked like it was taken out of a dumpster. It seemed like it was washed with mud and had years of wear and tear on it!

Naturally, I wanted to get in touch with their customer service to seek a solution. The response time was really slow, which irked me, and then to my utter disbelief, they called me a liar! "3 of upper managers reviewed the photos and all thought the rug looks exactly as shown on website." Really? I had people look at it and compare it with what was advertised, and trust me, we were in for a massive shock!

To add insult to injury, the customer service rep ignored my emails about returning the rug or speaking to a manager. They expected me to pay for the shipping return, which is half the cost of that awful rug, but wouldn't even provide me with the necessary information to return it. I mean, how hard is it to give a person the info that they need to return something they don't want to keep?

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with rugs.ca and would never recommend it to anyone. It's such a lousy way to run a business, and they seem to care more about their profits than their customers' satisfaction. So, if you don't want to end up with a dirty and worn-out rug that you can't return, stay away from rugs.ca, folks!

Rugs.ca Beware of Rugs.ca: Poor Quality and Customer Service Fiasco

Oh boy, where do I even start with Rugs.ca? I placed an order for four rugs back on June 20, 2022, and boy was I excited to receive them. I mean, I shelled out $1445.00 for these things, so I expected some top-notch quality, you know what I'm saying?

Fast-forward to December, and I reach out to their customer service team about two of the jute rugs I received. One was FALLING APART AT THE SEAMS, and the other was fading faster than those dye-filled water guns at the carnival. And guess what? These guys had the AUDACITY to offer me a measly $48 credit. Like, seriously? I wasn't having it, so I went back and forth with different customer service reps in a flurry of emails until they finally agreed to give me a decent credit.

But wait, it gets better. When I tried to apply that credit towards a replacement rug, the site wouldn't even process it. So, what did I do? You guessed it - I emailed their customer service team AGAIN, and it took until February for me to finally throw in the towel and accept that this company had no honor or self-respect. And to top it off, they continued to insist that customer satisfaction was their top priority. Yeah, right. Bald-faced lies if I've ever heard them.

Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend Rugs.ca to my worst enemy. The quality of the rugs I received has only continued to worsen, and I want to do my part in making sure others steer clear of this hot mess of a company.

Rugs.ca Rugs.ca Review: Delayed delivery, wrong rug, and terrible customer service - Stay Away!

Hey, so I gotta tell y'all about my experience with Rugs.ca and it ain't good, folks. I ordered two rugs and they were hella delayed in getting to me - thanks to the pandemic, I guess. But when they finally arrived, one of the rugs was all wrong. Like, it wasn't what I ordered at all, man. So I called up their customer service to get it sorted and they told me to take pictures and send 'em over. And then they had the nerve to tell me that the rug was actually the one listed on their website, when clearly it wasn't. Like, come on, y'all.

And then to make it worse, they told me I had to pay #109 CAD to get the rug returned. And the dude I talked to just kept putting me on hold, like he didn't know what to do. So not only did they send me the wrong rug, they wanted me to pay to fix their mistake, and their customer service was straight-up rude and arrogant.

I've shopped at Wayfair and other companies before and never had this kinda problem, so I'm gonna stick to buying Canadian from now on. Rugs.ca ain't worth it, y'all.

Rugs.ca Stay Away from Rugs.ca: Misrepresented Colors, High Return Costs, Poor Customer Service

So, I bought a rug from Rugs.ca and let me tell you - it was not the color I was expecting. And when I tried to return it for a refund, they hit me with a huge cost for shipping it back. I thought this was a Canadian company, but apparently not since I paid in Canadian funds but they're charging me in US dollars. It feels like a scam to me and I want everyone to know to stay away from this company!

Now, let's talk about customer service. They were no help at all - just kept repeating the same canned responses with no real effort to address my issue. It's like they don't even care about their customers. And to make matters worse, they don't even list the cost of returns on their website. So, I'm out $150 with nothing to show for it.

Honestly, I was really hoping this rug would bring some happiness to my life during the pandemic, but instead, it's brought me nothing but stress and disappointment. It's just not fair.

I wish there was some kind of regulation to make sure that American companies accurately represent themselves in their website addresses. I mean, come on Rugs.ca - have some integrity!

Rugs.ca Terrible Customer Service Experience with Rugs.ca: No Response for Days!

So, I ordered a rug from Rugs.ca (rugs.ca) about 5 days ago, and the shipment seems to be arriving soon which is nice. However, let me tell you, trying to get in touch with their customer service has been a complete and utter nightmare!

I made a mistake just 5 minutes after ordering my rug. I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. So, I immediately called their 24/7 customer service line. But, guess what? I waited on hold for a whole 15 minutes only to be abruptly disconnected. I tried again, thinking maybe it was just a fluke, and the same thing happened. So, I thought, "okay, maybe email will work better." I emailed customer service and received a response asking me to call their 24/7 phone line for immediate inquiries or wait approximately 3 days for a reply. To this day, I still haven't received a response, and it's been 5 days. I even reached out to their customer service through their Facebook page, and I get nothing back. No response. Radio silence.

On the bright side, although the wrong size may be a bit small for my space, I still believe we'll make it work when it arrives. Nevertheless, my first time buying from rugs.ca will also be my last. They clearly don't care about their customers after they've got their money. Online shopping is supposed to be about being reliable and convenient, but rugs.ca is neither, and their complete lack of response is a big red flag for me.

Rugs.ca Don't Be Fooled by Rugs.ca - A Shady Company with Poor Customer Service and Sketchy Policies

So, I decided to give Rugs.ca a chance and purchased a beautiful 12x9 rug from them. But boy, was I surprised when the rug arrived! It was folded in multiple small squares and those pesky folds didn't want to flatten out. Plus, the color was completely different from what I saw on the website, and the rug itself was paper-thin. To be honest, I was expecting this to happen, as I later found out that Rugs.ca removes any negative reviews from their website. Sneaky, huh?

I immediately contacted their customer service team to address the issue. They offered me four options - (A) send the darn thing back with FedEx and pay $150, (B) get a measly 15% refund of the cost, (C) buy another rug at 30% off or (D) ship it back with another company. I chose option D and sent it back with a tracking number. But now, I'm worried they'll say they didn't receive it!

To make matters worse, when I commented on their Instagram pictures that their company was a scam and that they removed all my negative reviews, they deleted all my comments! Unbelievable!

Here's another kicker - they're NOT even a Canadian company! When I asked customer service why the site was .ca, they said it's because of their Canadian customers. But seriously, I can order from .com sites all the time! They're full of it! You can't even find their return policy on their website without searching for it specifically. What a joke!

So, take my advice fellow humans, stay away from this shady company with their poor customer service and sketchy policies. I don't think you'll ever trust them enough to buy or order anything from them ever again.

Rugs.ca Untrained, Rude, and Ignorant: My Terrible Experience with Rugs.ca Customer Service

Oh boy, let me tell you about my experience with Rugs.ca. If only I had known to come here first before making my purchase, I would have spared myself a lot of headache. Their customer service is a disaster, I mean, really bad, like worse-than-watching-a-bad-movie bad. Their representatives are untrained, rude, and just plain ignorant. I thought they were a Canadian-based company, but nope, turns out they're from the great US of A.

So I bought a rug from them, but decided to return it because it didn't quite fit the vibe of my living room. They offered to let me keep it, but I declined and went ahead with the return. Oh boy, what a mistake that was. They charged me $107 for the return label, which is more than what UPS would have charged me for the same service (UPS cost me $80). When I notified them that I had returned the rug and it had been delivered to their warehouse, they didn't acknowledge receipt of it.

And get this: it's been a whole, damn, week since the rug was delivered and they still don't have any information about my refund. I've talked to three different reps, all of whom have given me the same line about having to wait for the warehouse to notify them of the receipt of my return since I used a different carrier than their own. Ridiculous, I know.

To add insult to injury, the customer service reps have the worst attitudes I have ever encountered with a business. It's like they don't even care that I'm a paying customer who deserves to be treated with respect. Needless to say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Stay far, far away from them.

Rugs.ca Disappointing Experience with Rugs.ca: Strong Smell, Poor Customer Service, and Difficulty Returning

So, I got my rug from Rugs.ca and it was a bit of a stinky situation. The smell was so strong that I had to put it in my garage because it was making my whole house smell musty. I reached out to the customer service team and they said they would send me an email with instructions on how to return it. But when I got the email, there were no instructions! I was pretty frustrated at this point, so I decided to try the chat line. Finally, I was given a return number and told that I would receive a label within 48 hours. But it's been over a week now and I still haven't received anything.

I'm starting to get the feeling that this is all intentional. Like they're trying to make it difficult for me to return the rug so that I can't get my money back. And to make matters worse, my thirty days are running out! I'm really disappointed with the whole experience and I wouldn't recommend Rugs.ca to anyone.

Rugs.ca Disappointed with Rugs.ca: Delivery mishap & high return fee. My experience & thoughts

So, let me tell you about my experience with Rugs.ca. I was all excited to receive my new rug, but unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily, the person who got it was a good Samaritan and walked it all the way to my place. I mean, props to that person, but come on Rugs.ca, a bit more attention to detail would be nice, right?

Anyway, when I got the rug, it was not what I expected. I know, I know, sometimes things look different online, but this was just not my style. So, I called their customer service, and talked to someone for about 10 minutes. They said they would call me back, but alas, no call ever came. I did however get an email with an RMS# for the return, but get this, they wanted to charge me 38% of the rug's cost to send a return label. Uh, no thank you Rugs.ca, I'll handle it myself.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Rugs.ca. The delivery mistake and lack of follow up on their part, combined with the high return fee, has left a sour taste in my mouth. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again, but hopefully, they can improve their service for other customers in the future.

Rugs.ca Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with Rugs.ca

So, I stumbled across Rugs.ca and saw a sweet deal for a 9 x 12 shag wool carpet. Naturally, I thought it was too good to be true. But it was true... Or so I thought.

Things started off on the wrong foot when I received conflicting information on how to get my hands on my rug. Like, come on guys. Get your act together. It took three calls and three answers for me to finally figure out what to do. And guess what? I had to take a two-hour drive just to find out that my prized rug was not where I was told it would be. Imagine the frustration! Fedex staff had to step in and save the day.

To make matters worse, I found out that my rug was all along sitting in a Fedex location five minutes from my home. How could that be? There is no valid excuse for such a rookie mistake.

I am seriously fed up with this company. They need to work on their communication and delivery game. As a customer, I should not feel like I am playing a game of telephone just to get my hands on a product I paid for.

Don't say I did not warn you, folks. Buyer beware!

Rugs.ca Unreliable and Shady: My Disappointing Experience with Rugs.ca

So, I gotta tell you about my experience with Rugs.ca. I used to shop with them all the time, but now I don't think I'm gonna be going back. Why, you ask? Well, let me tell you.

Last night, I decided to order a groovy carpet online. It was going to tie the room together, man. But then, my hubby changed his mind about which carpet he wanted, like, two seconds later. So I waited for the confirmation email, 'cause I figured it would be easy to cancel the first order and then just reorder the other carpet, right? Wrong!

I waited and waited, and the email never came. I went to bed thinking it was no biggie. But then I woke up in the morning to find that there was still no email, so I called Rugs.ca to try and cancel my order.

Can you believe what they told me?! They said that even though it had been less than twelve hours since I ordered the carpet, they couldn't cancel it and refund me. Instead, they were gonna give me a measly $42 store credit. And get this, it didn't even matter that I was going to use that money to buy a different carpet from them! Talk about shady business practices.

So, yeah. Needless to say, I'm pretty frustrated and disappointed with Rugs.ca right now. I thought they were better than that. But hey, I guess you live and learn, right?

Rugs.ca Disappointed with Rugs.ca's return policy and incorrect order

So, I was super stoked to finally get a new rug for my living room from Rugs.ca. I ordered a red one, but when I opened the package, I got a burgundy one instead. I mean, it's not the worst thing in the world, but still - it's not what I wanted. So, I called them up to see what could be done.

The customer service rep was nice enough, but when I told them I wanted to return the rug for a red one, they told me that shipping it back was too darn expensive. They offered me a 30% return, which was like a slap in the face. Like, thanks for nothing, buddy. Plus, they told me I should try to find a new buyer to recoup the loss. Like, what am I, some kind of rug salesman now?

Now, I don't know about you, but that ain't no return policy to me! They say you have 30 days to decide if the rug works for your room, but if it don't, you're kind of stuck with it. I mean, come on, Rugs.ca, what's up with that?

Anyway, long story short, I'm still stuck with this burgundy rug and I don't really know what to do with it. If anyone's interested in a slightly-used burgundy rug, hit me up!

Rugs.ca Disappointing Experience with Rugs.ca: Overpriced Products and Terrible Customer Service

So, let me tell you about my experience with Rugs.ca. I was really excited to find this website, as they have a huge selection of rugs at what seemed like decent prices. I ended up purchasing 2 rugs for $149 each, which is a bit pricey but I figured it was worth it for the quality and design.

However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I realized that they sell the exact same rugs on their other website, rugs.com, for only $49! That's right, HALF the price. And if you buy 2 or more rugs, you get a 10% discount on top of that. I was pretty upset that I had paid so much more for the same product just because I didn't know about the other website.

I tried to contact their customer service to see if I could get a refund for the difference, but it was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone. They claim to have 24/7 customer service, but I found that to be far from the truth. Every time I called, I was put on hold for at least 15 minutes before they hung up on me. I also sent several emails and messages on their social media pages, but never received a response.

It's really disappointing when a company doesn't value their customers enough to at least respond to their inquiries. I have never been so frustrated with a company before. I wouldn't recommend buying from Rugs.ca if you want decent customer service and fair prices. Save yourself the time and hassle and go straight to rugs.com.

Rugs.ca Rugs.ca: Total Disaster! Don't Believe the Hype for Overpriced Crap

Dude, I thought Rugs.ca was going to be the bomb, but it was like a total disaster. Bought myself a huge rug for my living room and they sent it all folded up like a paper fan, leaving mad creases that won't ever flatten. Plus, the carpet was like pulled and had these messed up curling corners. I was so cheesed cause the thing cost $519 before taxes, which is like highway robbery for this kinda crappy quality. Honestly, this rug is about as good as anything you'd find at Walmart for like a hundred bucks.
Don't believe the hype! The pictures on their site make it look like you're gonna get a baller rug, but it's all lies. And customer service? Yo, don't even get me started. I sent out like six emails and all I got back was some weak offer of a $78 credit.
They try to make it seem like you're getting some crazy deal by putting everything on "sale" for 50% off, but it's just a bunch of bogus advertising. They say this rug was originally on pre-sale for $1,038, but I'm pretty dang sure that's just some made-up number. I wouldn't touch Rugs.ca with a ten-foot pole ever again!

Rugs.ca Worst Experience with Rugs.ca: Defective Rug and Difficult Return Process

Oh man, let me tell you about my experience with Rugs.ca. It was the worst. I honestly think they could be a middleman or something because the rug they sent me was defective. Like, I was so excited to get it and when I unrolled it I noticed all these flaws. Not cool, man.

So, I had to return the rug which was a whole other ordeal. It's like they say they're a Canadian company but then you have to ship the rug back to the US. And they don't even give you a return address! So you have to keep bugging them in emails to get them to send it to you (forget trying to call them, that's a joke). And even though they say you have 30 days to return it, that time starts from the day you receive the rug, not from when they finally send you return instructions.

And oh yeah, don't even bother trying to use them to set up the return. They will charge you extra for that. Like, what? I'm trying to return a defective rug and you want to charge me more? No thanks, I'll figure it out myself.

To top it off, after they received my returned item, it took them three weeks before they credited my account. I mean, come on! I had to get my credit card company involved just to get my money back. It was pathetic, really.

So, in conclusion, I would not recommend Rugs.ca. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to buy your rugs.

Rugs.ca Warning: Stay Away from Rugs.ca - Terrible Service and Possible Scammers!

So, I decided to buy a rug from Rugs.ca on the 16th of August and got the receipt on the 23rd of August. I was so excited to get my new rug but things didn't go as planned. I checked the order status but was told to wait 24 hours for updates and this has been going on for the last ten days! Can you believe that? I have sent numerous emails but no response from these folks. I tried to call them many times but the line kept ringing for a whopping 20 minutes with no one picking up. I almost gave up at some point but then a voice came up saying "contacting operator, no operator available goodbye". What kind of shenanigans is that?

I'm starting to think that these guys might be scammers. I mean, why would it take so long to process an order? Why can't they respond to my emails or pick up the phone? It's been so frustrating and I'm really pissed off to be honest.

I'm not about to let these scammers get away with my money. I'm going to contact my credit card company and try to recover my money since I haven't received the product. I'll also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau to warn others.

In conclusion, please stay away from Rugs.ca. Don't buy anything from them even if you're tempted. They are scammers and I wish I could give them zero stars. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Rugs.ca Buyer Beware: Insect-damaged Oriental Rug from Rugs.ca - Read Before You Buy!

So, I got this used Oriental rug from Rugs.ca and let me tell you, it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. First off, the description said it was in "very good condition with areas of low pile." Pretty vague if you ask me! What they didn't mention was the nasty insect damage that was all over that beautiful thing. I'm talking holes down to the very warp threads, y'all! It was pretty disappointing to see all that evidence of bugs chowing down on my rug.

But, you know what? I gotta give them props because when I complained, they were quick to offer me a 10% rebate. Sure, I took the money and kept the rug (I mean, it is beautiful after all), but I definitely paid too much for something that has so many problems.

Here's the thing, though: I'm not gonna freak out if someone spills a glass of red wine on it or anything (I mean, accidents happen, right?). But, I also know that cleaning this thing is gonna put me back over $400! Yikes! So, I hope no one gets too wild with the drinks around my precious rug.

Honestly, if I were you, I'd make sure to pay extra attention to the condition listed for any rugs you're interested in from Rugs.ca. If it's only in "very good condition" then you might wanna keep looking for one that's listed as "excellent condition" or even brand new. Just some advice from someone who learned the hard way!
