I bought 405.96 sqft of Luxury Vinyl Plank of Royal Oak Flooring from Georgia Carpet Industries for $1,186.35 (with delivery charge). I checked the pieces and they were all good. But when the installers finished the job, we saw that they installed the wrong product. We told Georgia Carpet and they admitted their mistake and gave us a discount of $0.40/sqft (= $162.32 refund). But the wrong product messed up our renovation plans. The colors of the walls, ceiling fan, vanity, and kitchen cabinets don't match. This will make it hard for us to rent the unit at market value. We want a 50% refund to fix this. Check the pics I attached for proof.

I got some flooring from Georgia Carpet Industries and when it arrived, a bunch of the boxes were messed up. I called them right away and they told me to make a claim, which I did. But it's been like 6 weeks and I still don't know what's going on. They said they don't have any more of the flooring I ordered, so I might not have enough to finish the job. They said I should have refused the shipment, but they told me to make a claim instead. Now they're saying I need a professional installer and they won't help me anymore. I don't even know when the claim will be picked up. I'm really worried about starting the installation because I might not have enough flooring and I don't have any other options. I want my money back or a replacement with a different color that's just as good or better.
