I've been a fan of Royaura's shirts (and hate to admit I still am), I have many; good prices and tons of compliments. 2 pairs of pants and two shirts were not up to snuff, and they gave partial credit on those (better than paying to ship back). But this past fall I ordered 3 Jackets of various alleged warmth and weather-protection levels. What i got was 3 misfits. The most expensive, premium jacket was smaller than a child's medium (I'm very large adult and can barely get 1 arm into the thing). The middle-priced one came in a too-small women's color and model (eg baby-blue and buttons and zipper on the opposite side). the third item was not the color ordered, but sort-of fits. If it were only the last item I would still be doing business with Royaura. I went thru their return process three times and got NO response. I sent emails, as I had 2 personal shoppers but got no responses there, either. While they are a Hong Kong-based company their English is excellent, so that would not have been a problem. I have entered complaints on other sites and they respond as if they are just hearing this and want to help thru their site. They do nothing when I have made further attempts at direct contact, so this is a fake-out.
