(completely) unrealistic quotes
I used their online estimator.. and it was a good 40% off!
I grew suspicious because it seemed low, and because of some inaccuracies in their weight estimation so I called and they confirmed they were "having troubles" with their online tool. The thing is that I looked at it last week and it gave me similar estimates.
I'm talking a "real price" >700$ for an initial quote of 300 and something $! In addition, each box should have the same price up to 66 lb., instead it is only 44 lb. They wasted a ton of my time, and I likely would have had to pay if I hadn't grown suspicious before booking it!

XS baggage is not a legit company. They are a middle man for sea and air freight. Do NOT waste any money on these people. They screwed me..
