Tinterz

I had a bad experience with Tinterz LLC. On Feb. 9th, 2022, we agreed on painting my SUV calipers for $750. I dropped off my Mercedes 2022 SUV on Feb. 22nd, 2022, for the painting of the calipers. On Feb. 24th, 2022, I wrote to them that they did not place the decal of AMG for the caliper. They told me it was on back order, which they never told me before painting. On Apr. 26th, 2022, I went to Mercedes Benz service to check the brakes, and the mechanic told me that they did not paint those calipers with powder coating, that it was done by spray, and they painted parts that were not supposed to be painted. I wrote to Tintrez, and they answered on Apr. 27, 2022, telling me that it is paint for sure, not spray. I went to Tintrez, and they admitted that it was painted with spray.

On June 21st, 2022, I left my SUV at Tintrez because they agreed to fix everything. They kept my SUV for a couple of days, and they drove my SUV to another shop without my permission. On June 23rd, 2022, I picked up my SUV. I drove my SUV back home, and on my day off Sun. 26th, 2022, I checked the work to see if it was done correctly. To my surprise, the disc still had paint and other parts. I wrote back, and they told me that they would communicate with me, but it never happened. They did not respond to the text message I sent. Also, they did ceramic coating of my wheels as a gift for all the bad experience, but it was a poor job. If I knew that they would do a poor job, I would not have accepted the ceramic coating wheels. I have all the text messages as proof and many pictures. I requested my money back and also the money for not using the warranty because I will never go to that shop again. They lied to me many times and always looked for excuses. I lost money taking UBER, time, and they never did the work I paid for.
