Hotel is not a 5 star luxury as advertised.
Food inadequate quality and poorly prepared. Problems with availability.
Both my husband and I had stomach problems. Chicken raw in the middle on one occasion.
Hotel is needs of a full refurbishment.
I am going to contact our holiday provider and they need to be aware of the disparity between the reality and the marketing of this hotel.
