We picked up the Chrysler Pacifica van Wednesday Aug 22, 7:30-8 am. #[protected]
The service was poor. After a stern interaction we did get the support we needed to start and drive the car. pointed out exterior scratches but they were dismissed by attendant.
After getting the car on the road the interior is filthy. Spilled pop in the tray, grime, scuffs and dust and the far back seat is coated with dog hair.
I have photo documentation. We rented the large van to transport older adult family. I'm embarrassed of condition and will detail some before we travel. We travel extensively and I'm very disappointed with our 1st experience with your company. At nearly $100 a day we expected better quality of service.

I'm very frustrated. I was misled by the airport employee several times. All the information she gave me about luggage was completely wrong. She didn't look interested in anything at all or in helping.
I was going to take my bags, but it was such a mess. Many signs led to different and wrong directions. I could have missed my flight! Why don't you care about passengers?
Instead of having fun of my traveling I was really stressed out by so called service.
