For seven months now I have tried to get a Direct Debit re-activated. I mistakingly cancelled it because I have a bad hand tremor. I have done everything Aviva has asked me to do and more and The Bank just keeps saying it has been cancelled. Aviva complaints dept. advises a visit to my branch but given I am in my 80s, house bound and live 30 miles away this not an option for me. The stress levels I have suffered are thro' the roof, for goodness sake can somebody, somewhere help me sort this simple mistake out.
Desired outcome: Reactivation of Direct Debit which I have been paying for 20 years.
