I am a 74 year old single home owner, I call RR because of a toilet malfunction. They came took my toilet apart and ran a snake to the septic tank., told me to have my septic tank cleaned out which I did (they said it was not working as it should). They charged me $1600.00 dollars I complained and they said they would give me $40.00 (haha) which I have not received. Now I see $75.00 coupon and of course I have not received that.
