and *** installed our new HVAC and Furnace for us. They are a great team. Did a great job, were very polite, and great to have around. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves before they left. Every time I use *** Plumbing I have a pleasant experience and a job well done. Will continue using *** Plumbing all my Plumbing, Heating and Air and Electric.

Excellent job done! *** is an excellent plumber technician who was able to quickly diagnose and recommend the best solution to our plumbing issues. He did a great job installing our new garbage disposal, removing a water filter system we no longer wanted, and changing out old pipe connections. We were most pleased with his work and highly recommend *** Plumbing for all household plumbing needs!

Example: ordered part did not come in on a Weds as expected. The store did not communicate or cancel Fri appointment, causing me to take off work early. When frustration was expressed, the advisor did not acknowledge they couldve done better for the customer. The issue was blown off.

Jasper and his co-worker arrived as scheduled and was able to clear my drain in about 20 minutes. The drain was a side drain that went into the main, so the ,main drain was okay. They flushed the drain at least four times to ensure that the stoppage had been removed. They cleaned up any wet areas and did a very thorough job. JOB WELL DONE! i have used Bell Plumbing for many years and have always been very satisfied with their work.

My heating and air condition needed to be replaced and upgraded. Lance came out did up a proposal letting us know exactly what we needed. The installers that cam a few day later were absolutely a cut above the rest with demo and new install. They always were attentive to answer any of my questions about the install and the equipment they were installing for my new system. I would highly recommend this company for you heating and AC needs.

Total rip off! They charged us $720 to replace a garbage disposal. Work totaled $100 retail for parts and 30 minutes of labor. They said they don't charge by the time it takes, but by the line item. NEVER will Bell be allowed in our house again. My husband called to speak with someone, was asked to leave a message and no one ever called him back. Guess we'll have to find another company for the 10 huge heating, electric and plumbing projects on our list at our new home.

Bell replaced my A/C unit in hot July. EVERYONE I dealt with was pleasant and professional. I am elderly and have respiratory problems and they did everything they could to accommodate us which was greatly appreciated. Lance G. helped with the selection of the new unit explaining the choices. Josh W. and Josh H. installed the unit and were a great team. They worked hard, non-stop from beginning of the installation to the last goodbye. Best of all the house is cool! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Excellent service and personnel!

I have used *** twice now, once to replace/install a toilet and recently to troubleshoot a leak from my 12th floor condo unit into the unit below. I called on a Saturday and *** showed up first thing Sunday morning and diligently pursued every possible source of the leak (which was not easy to figure out) before figuring out what the problem was. *** was the best plumber I have ever hired hands down. The following week *** and his helper replaced the leaking floor drain pipe which had to be done entirely in my neighbor's unit and she said they did a REALLY good job. I will use *** plumbers again in the future for sure!

did a thorough replacement for my outdoor patio's frost free faucet which was 20 years old and would no longer work. After installation of the new unit there was an minor issue with dripping which *** resolved thru perseverance. Prior to the appointment I was worried about my Centurylink network wires that hung on the pipe inside the basement behind the faucet. But *** put me at ease. He was familiar with this kind of situation and easily rehung the thing to the new pipe. I have been a *** Plumbing customer for a long time because quality of work performed is #1 with me. *** is a credit to *** tradition of sending only skilled can-do plumbers to my home.

installed a new HVAC system for us in July. When Xcel updated electric meters in November, included was an irresistible offer for Wi-Fi thermostats roughly one-sixth of the market price. Needless to say, we bought one, but I wasnt about to install it myself. We called *** again, and they sent ***, who did it quickly, efficiently, and at no charge. He even helped us set up the apps for accessing the system remotely. It was another gratifying experience that began with a *** technician providing a detailed, photo-enhanced analysis of what our aging system needed. All together, it definitely reinforced our decision to be loyal to *** for our plumbing, heating and related needs.

Wanted to say thank you so much to *** heating. Our furnace stopped blowing out air on the night before New Years eve. We had to put in an emergency call at midnight and they sent out Nate the next morning. I have had other companies out for furnace and water heaters, but Nate was the first person in a long time to actually go through our furnace completely, checking out everything, and not just blowing me off like the other companies have. We had to replace a part that was going to be difficult to get, but Nate didn't give up. Even after he checked everywhere and it seemed like we couldn't get our furnace fixed until possibly a week after we called, he found the part. He went above and beyond in his job. He could have just left it at we'll get the part in a week and they can just make due with space heaters. But he didn't. You don't know what that means to me. Have to say *** heating is the only company I am giving my business to from now on. I appreciate being treated so wonderfully and feeling like they aren't just in it for the money, that they really do want to help you. Thank you so very much!

Bell Plumbing & Heating Co. recently installed a new boiler (to replace my 35 year old boiler) and a new hot water heater. *** did a fantastic job, kept all of their promises, and passed inspection the first time through.To start this project, I obtained 3 estimates. Cost wise the estimates were all within the same ballpark. However, what set *** proposal apart from the others was the amount of detail they provided. They identified the brand/model of the products being installed, laid out the various costs related to the boiler, the water heater, and miscellaneous tasks. They even specified warranty information.Technically, *** did a beautiful job. My old boiler/water heater closet went from looking like a submarine to looking like a nuclear submarine. I believe that is a direct result of *** code-oriented focus. Codes have changed a lot over the last 35 years and it showed in *** work.Professionally, *** always laid down mats to protect our flooring, wore shoe protectors, wore masks, cleaned up each day, and were always very polite. They really reduced the impact of such a big job.If you need a new boiler or water heater, I highly recommend Bell Plumbing & Heating for the job.

came out to review our need for a new water heater. Both professional and personal at the same time... difficult to be both. We had other estimates, one substantially more, one about the same... but neither had the explanation, nor the cost breakdown, that *** (and *** Plumbing)'s had... The two others, one of which was 4K higher, the other of which was comparable, sort of, if you didnt dig into what it involved, to do line- item comparisons... for example, *** included the cost of upgrading a gas pipe, clearly itemized... another estimate, with no breakdown, on inquiry did not include that line item, but when asked about their own line items, unbroken down, ended up with far higher prices for those. We went with ***, because Consumer Reports recommended as long a warranty as you could get- ideally *** years, parts equipment and labor. One company was happy to offer that- at what amounted to a 4K addl cost. The company that was comparable to *** price-wise, would not offer a 10-year extended warranty for parts, and 6-year for labor, as *** did. But would charge the same amount.FYI, we wanted to replace a 75-gallon water heater- which apparently is not the typical... but long story short, we were very pleased with *** and the tech who both came out to estimate, and then came out to do the work, ***.

Bell Plumbing is a scam, beware! My mom had her house under contract in Thornton, Colorado in May . The buyers had a sewer scope done which discovered a problem in the line under the concrete patio and total repair was estimated at around $3000. My mom and her partner called Bell Plumbing who came out and did a camera scope of the line and found the main connection to the town sewer also need replaced for a total of $11,000. They hired Bell Plumbing to do the work which commenced the very next day which left no time to address the difference in their findings from the first scope. Bell Plumbing did not record their scope to prove the main connection needed replacement and the original scope clearly showed that area in the line was not problematic and DID NOT need replaced. In addition, Bell Plumbing admitted they never re-scoped the line after they were done. The buyers then had another scope done to confirm the repair was completed and found the original issue was never repaired by Bell Plumbing, after my mom had paid them $11,000! After several attempts of contacting Bell Plumbing, we have not been able to get a call back from Nick the Supervisor and we will be contacting Tom *** to investigate. Beware of this company! We were advised to NEVER have the same company scope a line who also does the repair. Bell Plumbing might have been in business for 100 years or whatever but in my opinion, they are obviously taking advantage of many unsuspecting customers who trust their word.
