Delay delivery don't trust don't send parcel this company
Rona cargo is very bad cargo in uae. More than one and 55 days still I am waiting for our cargo. Don't trust this cargo. Irresponsible staff and owner, don't trust them at any cost., each day while calling no answer for that. I am hambly requesting to everyone plz don't give cargo to rona cargo. Definitely you never get it your cargo. Not answer sharjah office always close and sharjah number they close and mobile never answer your calls but if you call with different number they answer after that they not answer...

Courier not received

This's Mr . Antony I had sent the courier though your agency in 16/9/23 MZD33-2448 . Till now it didn't reach me . I'm too much worried and its been more than 3 months,really disappointed with your service kindly give me the update and you guys not even replying the message. You guys said that it ll reach with in 35 days . And I think that 36 days has not yet came 😕 . I contacted kochin port those guys are saying to contact your agency. I'm in a pathetic state please consider my circumstances and request update me as soon as possible.

Express Delivery delayed by more than 30 days
I paid for express delivery on 30th Jan 2023. Still no information on my shipment. No visibility as well.. Order no - ASL992570
I should have received shipment in 30 days as per the delivery type chosen and payments made.. however this kind of delay with no tracking means its customers are being cheated upfront. There is no proper customer care who can give me some relevant information on your package too

Air freight delivery India
I have sent cargo from Dubai to India via Air Freight paying AED 12 per kg total of 46kg 2 box o 3 Dec 2022 and was supposed to deliver India on 13 Dec 2022. But till 28 Dec 2022 my parcel is not delivered.
I called the number that I had booked through. When they answer my call, they always say I am outside will give you a call, but they never call back until I call them the next day and follow-up. Again, the answer is from our side it is sent we don't know in India. I think it is the responsibility of Rona Cargo till the parcel is delivered back home in the given address. When asking the reason for delay they say we have to check. And I asked them for a number to whom I can contact in India they sent a number of a guy in Keral where he has no clue.
I called the Rona Cargo in Dubai, and they shared number of head office Sharjah. Upon calling and asking them their answer is there was problem in custom and now it is cleared in Kolkata and upon calling next day they have no answer when it will be delivered my given address.
One of the worst worst Cargo services I have experienced in Dubai. It was wastage of me paying Air Freight charges. On top of that they have no curtesy to apologize customer. Pathetic service and will never ever recommend to anyone.

I dakstailin I've courier my things from Abu Dhabi to Shillong from RONA CARGO. The date of courier is 24/06/2022. My Tracking number [protected] and my order number WZ882546. It's been more then 2 months i did not got my Courier yet. I have been trying to track from alot of websites and agency but unfortunately I cannot find it. I hereby express my bad experience which faced from Rona Cargo Dubai.I frequently I send two cargo recently (sea cargo & Air Cargo) from Dubai to India.When I approach them, they cleared confirmed that the Sea cargo delivery max within 40 days and Air cargo delivery within 7 days time. Unfortunately I have received my Sea cargo consignment on 78th day and Air cargo consignment on 20th day.Their Customer relation after business is very poor and their staffs are not at all respecting to the Customers.So prior to selecting any cargo delivery agent, please go through thir customers feedback.My feedback to Rona cargo is 1 out of 5.Bad experience!
Based on my experience, Rona cargo as a Cargo provider is very poor and their customer relation is very bad...prior to selecting them please consult with others or review their customer feedback in the website whether they are fulfilling their commitment...as per my experience you can choose Al Sood cargo and ABC cargo...

Cargo not delivered on time
I send a cargo on 17 Dec 2021from Abu Dhabi , its going to be almost 2 month but cargo not delivered to Dehradun Uttarakhand.
When I did the inquiry they told still not cleared from customs in delhi .
Worst experience from Rona cargo .
Can not track the cargo and no communication from their side for delay.
Would not recommend people who are in UAE to send anything from this company

One of the worst courier service in Dubai
It's almost 2 months one week finish till my courier is not reached to my native place. I visited their courier center (DIP). Very careless and negligence answer he has given.
There is no tracking number, no trace ID. For all question, only answer is customs not cleared. You people don't have ability to give customer service why you need this business? Don't cheat the customer. I don't suggest this courier for all my Dubai people.
Don't waste your money and things.

We are sending Cargo from Sharjah BRANCH...on 28 th of August 2021... it's allmost 84 kg...till now it's not cleared ... it's in India Only... don't know what is The issues...when we are calling Sharjah BRANCH ...they not giving correct information... Unprofessional service and worst after sales customer support
4 boxes of shipment been collected from my home in Dubai since 3rd Sep. I've never been provided any tracking no. After asking several time, I've been told as once goods get cleared in India, will be provided no.
I've received 2 boxes but have no update on remaining 2.
Their customer support is worst, they hardly respond to any messages, which shows as even they are kind of clueless about the situation.
I've promised 30-45 days, now it's been 65 days and yet have no clarity on remaining 2 boxes

It should have been delivered in 45days maximum. But it has been 2 months and nothing.

We send air cargo on September 11 & the your staff informed us this shipment will gonna delivered in 15dys. He is not answering the phone the cal & what's app messages. This is petetic service from rona cargo & their staff the way he communications with the customers.
