Very poor experience with Rona Cargo. Saharanpur Order #JP318368 (4 boxes, booked 30-Oct-2025) and Aligarh Order #JP318364 (3 boxes, booked 26-Oct-2025). After almost a year, only 3 of 4 boxes reached Saharanpur and nothing has been delivered to Aligarh. Extremely unacceptable service. I am considering filing a complaint with the relevant government and consumer protection authorities if this matter is not resolved immediately.
