The labour also no give response properly
Then they are speaking also very worst.
I send to air cargo they told 15 to 20 days we are delivery. But now 37 days finish. This is really not good.

Hi i have send cargo this is the number KR77360 i box missing its been more then 2 month i have send email to Mr Navaneeth i did not get any reply from his side i dont know that kindly of service rona cargo is proveding no one is bothering to ans. I have send several email and whats sms no update till now even physically is karam me office in hammad colony they are not giving reply this is not customer service staff is rude when you are giving your things for cargo they are ok when you want to ask update after giving time they dont want to talk.

I used Rona Cargo shipment no (Kaine 11904) to cargo my household items from UAE to India. They gave me a wooden box if 10ft by 8ft by 4 ft. They told me yhsy this box will be sealed in front of me and it will be reopen only at my doorstep in India. But when I receive the shipment the box was not there and all items were already opened my packed items were tampered, missing, broken. And some valuable were stolen. I have tried to reach them in uae but they are keep ignoring me and they told me they don't care even if I complain any where. Plz I need support I have been in use for 10 years and I respect the law and rules. As a Customer I need my right. The below items are missing Dining table top Foto frame 2 laptops new hp brand 2 leather bags 1 leather jacket 2 men's suit branded Mixer grinder Coffee maker Microwave The below items are broken Fridge leg is btoken Washing machine leg is broken Dining table is broken Four chairs are broken Cooking range is broken Microwave is broken Baby toy car headlight is broken Plz as a Customer I need my right. At the moment I'm in India since my husband have lost his job in UAE Plz call me on my Indian number since I'm in India, they are very bad company, and very unprofessional, they blocked me on all social media.

Can someone please help us to get our Stuff which was sent from Dubai to Bangalore from RONA CARGO, We are so unlucky we chose RONA CARGO, Most of the Items were for our kids and lot of memorable items and documents are all held by RONA CARGO, inspite of paying huge amounts no body is bothered to assist us, How can RONA CARGO do this to us what is our fault, our fault is only that we trusted RONA CARGO, it is really frustrating to wait for more than 3 months inspite of paying premium rate for air cargo. Are there no responsible people to return our stuff, how long how long we need to keep waiting. Can someone tell us what we need to do, Where can we go to get our stuff back, how long we need to wait, can someone give us time limit, Is there any other way, please please please RONA CARGO HELP! HELP!HELP!

While shifting my flat from Sharjah to Dubai on 13-March-2010 Rona Cargo staff broke mirror of dressing table due to mishandling. They took it saying it will be repaired and will return back in 2-3 days. Its almost more than 2 weeks now and every time you call them they simply say it will be delivered tomorrow. Families who are shifting their flats be aware with this company as there are other good companies out here in UAE.
