PROFESSIONAL. In searching for an auto transport for my firm, BALANCE architecture+design, 'JJ' caught my attention right away. Being up-front, forward and honest in communication, he was an expert guide throughout the process. The ambiguity and unknowns inherent within the delivery process disappear because you definitely have an advocate here.

I called JJ Jones on Friday Sept 25th. I told him my father in law just passed away in Florida. My wife was leaving Florida on Saturday morning. I needed someone to meet her on Friday to pick up a car and ship the car to Baltimore. JJ said let me see what I can do and I will call you back. My wife was stressed out and didn't know what she would do with the car. JJ called me back in an hour and had a truck meet her within the next 2 hours to pick up the car. The price is great and the service was even better. I would only call JJ Jones.

I spoke with Travis about shipping my tractor and a couple pallets of miscellaneous household goods from Philly to IN and he was so nice, professional and very responsive as it wasn't a straight forward shipping request. He got it scheduled within a week for the day I needed with a driver who was so helpful and professional. We got everything loaded onto the truck and the driver cellophaned it and strapped it down with a tarp. My things arrived quickly and safely. I would highly recommend using Travis and Nationwide for any transport needs.

We needed to have a 40' fully loaded shipping container (9.5' high) transported from Estes Park, CO to Norwood, MO. It weighed 35,900 lbs. we used Nationwide Transport Services, LLC to coordinate and schedule the move which required an 18-wheeler as well as a large crane at both locations. This was an awesome experience! Everyone involved was safety and customer service oriented. My wife and I couldn't be happier. They exceeded all of our hopes and expectations and were very responsive to all of our voicemail and email inquiries. The cost was very reasonable. Excellent communication throughout the project.

Highly recommend this company. We are in Oregon and were in need of equipment transportation from Minnesota for a very large piece of equipment. We were very leary as we had no known contacts that far east. Got in touch with David and he was very reassuring that they were a reputable company and understood my concerns but they could get the job done. They did just that, the equipment was picked up within 2 days and had it not been for my hesitation next day service was available. It was delivered as promised and in perfect condition. Would definitely use them again. Again thank you David for your excellent service.

I would leave less than one star if I could. My story is very similar to many others who have registered complaints against this business. Essentially, they will repeatedly reassure you that your vehicle will ship at a certain price on a certain date even when they know there is virtually no chance that this will come to pass. And then at the last minute, they will flake on you. The representative who did this to me is Mr. ***. I strongly recommend that consumers avoid this firm. Go with a firm that more genuinely represents the cost of shipping the automobile and the likelihood that you will win the auction to ship at the stated price.

We did extensive research before we made a decision to go with Nationwide Transport and it was due to Jimmie T. He was upfront, honest, responsive and took his time explaining the process from a to z. He answered his phone each and every time we called with a question and never brushed us off. We set up the pickup and passed along the driver info. We contacted the driver and he could not accommodate the time we scheduled. Jimmie found a different driver within minutes. The pick up and delivery was easy and prompt within issues at all. He took care of our vehicles like they were his own. We couldn't be happier about how things worked out! Thank you.

We had Nationwide Transport Services, LLC arrange transport of a mini excavator that we purchased from 1100 miles away and were very satisfied with the service we received. We had the pleasure of working directly with Rafael Cordero who was not only very good at arranging our transport, he was kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to deliver the exact service we needed and to make us feel confident that our excavator would arrive as promised. Rafael was available whenever we called and if he didn't answer, he called us back within minutes. We highly recommend using Nationwide Transport Services, LLC for any of your transport needs as we found the company to be reliable and the employees to be pleasant and courteous.

This is the first time we have used a transport service and I must admit I was a little skeptical but Nationwide, specifically Jimmy T. made the experience a good one. We had to transport our tractor with brush hog about 4 hours across Texas. From the start Jimmy was very professional, provided a reasonable estimate and quick response. Along the way we had several questions and he was always quick to respond and very reassuring. We did have one minor problem and some confusion from the driver regarding payment upon delivery but when we contacted Jimmy (even after business hours) he was quick to resolve the issue. Payments were exactly what was quoted, very quick scheduling (we had a tight timeline) and extremely quick communication. Will certainly use again and recommend their services.

I had never had to ship a vehicle anywhere, say nothing about all the way across the country and Chad was the best. His honesty and patience in assisting me through the process was incredible. He was up front and provided much needed information well before I committed to using Nationwide, then was corresponding with me throughout the process, not stopping until our son's vehicle made it from Maine to New Mexico. Nationwide shipped our son's car to him as he serves in the Air Force and it was right on time as promised. The drivers they used were phenomenal and totally went the extra mile to ensure that our son received his car on the day it was promised. I can't say enough good about Chad and Nationwide. Top notch AAA+ rating in my book. He made the whole process easy and virtually worry free.

If *** is anything like the rest of the people at Nationwide Transportation Services, then Nationwide has the best team out there. I struggled with 8 different brokers who made promises, took money and failed with me on every attempt. I was moving *** miles with a 40 foot shipping container, so easy right? Well for *** it was, I talked to him late night on a Friday and by Wednesday everything was arranged (step deck tractor trailer Team Waitlifters are awesome, Best Side LIfters *** also awesome and the Rotator truck service ***) and my move was on. It completed today, every bit of the coordination was completed, it worked, FLAWLESS and all I can say is THANK YOU *** FOR ALL THAT YOU DID TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!. You can't go wrong with the people at Nationwide, especially ***...after dealing with the worst brokers out there, these guys are a sign from GOD. Trust Nationwide, I did.

This is the easiest 5 star review I've given, and I worked in customer service. Ray is your man for car transport needs to Alaska. I had taken a last-minute job offer in Fairbanks from Colorado (3 week turnaround from acceptance to move), and needed to ship my car up in order to hit the work start date. Despite this short notice, Ray worked hard to get a driver set up on basically 3 days notice. He was very upfront on how much time it would likely take and how difficult it was going to be to have the car delivered in my preferred timeline, so I was prepared for a 4 week turnaround and had started making backup plans. Through multiple companies and logistics to plan out, I cannot imagine how complicated his job is.

The car was delivered in 2 weeks and actually beat me to Alaska! Thank you Ray for being very responsive through all of my questions and for providing world-class customer service. If for some reason I need to ship a car again, I know who to call.

We are having issues solving a short pay with this company, the broker we booked a load with would not pick up any calls or answer any emails, no managers or supervisors could be reached. We have been sent a confirmation for $1500 for a 3 day layover just to be short paid the exact amount by the broker himself. David has been rude to us and accused us of holding a load hostage when the driver arrived on time for delivery and the receiver did not accept the load for the day it was supposed to be delivered. We have been told we'll need to wait till Monday to deliver this which we did and the rate was adjusted for the layover. We have recorded calls and emails exchanges with the broker and yet we are being accused of something that doesn't even makes sense. Currently I would not recommend anyone to work with David Jones as he accuses people of something they haven't even thought about let alone doing it. We need a head of the company to reach out to us so we could further discuss this or otherwise this matter will be reported to insurance bond and other services.

Jimmy T. & Chad C. From Nationwide Transport Services, LLC were very helpful getting us our International day cab shipped at the lowest price possible. Transporters were hard to get at a reasonable price because of the supply and demand of drivers caused by the covid-19 epidemic. Jimmy and Chad were very friendly, courteous, and handled our transaction very professionally. The transporter that delivered our International day cab was on time and made sure our delivery got to us in the same condition as it was sent. He was super friendly and knew how to load, unload and take care of our freight during the shipment. The driver made multiple calls to us to let us know how the delivery was going and when to expect the delivery. I will use Jimmy T. & Chad C. From Nationwide Transport Services, LLC in the future when ever possible. The transporter Jimmy and Chad selected was excellent, hope to use him again when needed. Jimmy & Chad tried very hard to get us the cheapest price possible. The first bid they gave us was below the market price and they could not get any transporters to take the load (Supply and demand of drivers changed during the time we were requesting our shipment and when it got posted), however when they adjusted their bid price and we agreed a transporter became available very quickly and shipment was made without any delays.

This being the first time I ever used a shipping broker, I have little to compare to granted I do not think I would ever go that route again. I know very little about this industry, but what I do know is communication and confirmation in the 21st century should not be this difficult.

Please let me explain why I am giving 1 star.

First off, I really wanted to give this company a good review. *** the broker I dealt with was overall really good and seemed like he was trying.

Long story short, I decided to buy a bus in Colorado. I flew there from Seattle on Tuesday, August 4th. *** from Heavy Haulers (Nationwide Transport) reached out to me on Sunday to make initial contact after I submitted a request. He told me to call them once I had purchased the bus to confirm pick up. It was also explained over the phone, once I confirmed purchase - they would have a driver there within 24 hours. I called him on August 4th to confirm the purchase.

Initially, everything seemed great. He sent me the driver info and said they should be in touch, which they were. Then it all went downhill from there. The first driver contacted me to confirm pick up but ended up telling me this crazy story about how his ramps were damaged in an accident and that he only had 8' ramps (which wouldn't work for a 32' bus). He suggested we call a local tow truck company to help load. I remember thinking to myself how crazy that sounded - so I called *** Who then essentially agreed we should go with a different driver after that driver told him some lies - and told *** the driveshaft was not connected to the vehicle (mind you I just purchased this and it had been towed to its current location). *** told me that a driver has to be able to drive the vehicle onto the ramp and that they do not "work on" vehicles. So I went to a local auto parts store - bought some tools and connected the drive shaft my self, started the bus three times, and moved it a bit to make sure it could be loaded up.

Now, At the same time, I was rushing to return a rental car and catch a flight on Wednesday the 5th of August. *** assured me I did not need to be there and he would without a doubt have a driver there on the 6th to pick up the bus. Thursday comes and goes, no driver has arrived to pick up the bus. The property it's on is questioning me at this point, why is the bus not picked up yet. I call *** about noon, and to be honest, at this point the overall communication hadn't been that bad but from this point, I wait for hours to get returned phone calls. At one point my fiance calls, and he responds with a text reply that he will call back soon. He does, and when she explains that she is my fiance, *** immediately wants to speak with me. Which is fine, as I begin to speak with *** over the issues thus far, he tells me to look at my phone. He has texted me paperwork he had supposedly made with a specific company he was brokering the deal with, and from what I gather after speaking with the other company, is they never came to terms on the cost.

So here it is Friday around 4-5 pm and no driver in sight, yet we have made contact with the company *** was trying to contract. They, of course, wanted more money and at this point, my fiance and I did not care, we just wanted the bus off of the property and on its way to us.

That all being said, *** and Heavy Haulers (Nationwide Transport) had already at this point charged us a little over $3000.00 - which was fine - if they had picked up the bus on time for that cost with no issues. Now it's 3 days past due on the pickup (I've been charged $3000 +), no confirmation if we're getting it picked up or not and my fiance and I are negotiating with the company *** (Nationwide Transport) contracted. We ultimately and personally convince the other company to pick up the bus and agree to the Nationwide Transport contract with *** for $2,400.00 and agree to pay the driver a $400.00 bonus when the shipment arrives.

To sum this up, we paid a Broker $3,100.00 and some change to contract someone to pick up our bus. We ultimately have to end up brokering our own deal by adding in an additional $400 for the driver. So now we're at $3,500.00 plus some change and have had to deal with all of the stress to get someone to pick up the bus.

All in all, this turned out to be a nightmare of stress in the communication department and confirmation our bus would even be picked up. Nationwide Transport should cover at least half of our additional cost to the other company ($400). Did NW get $600 + or more of the $3,100 for just looking up a hauling company and trying to get them to agree to pick up the bus?
