I BOUGHT GIFT FOR MACARONI GRILL IN DEC.2012. I WENT TO EAT IN THEIR RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 1350, SCENIC HWY, STE .#900, SNELLVILLE, GA#30078. ON SEPT. 27, 2013. FOOD & SERVICE WAS BAD. THEY SERVED SOGGY VEGE PIZZA FOR $12.00. I COMPLAINT TO THE MANAGER OF THE RESTAURANT, BUT HE DID NOT AGREE. I HAD A BALANCE OF $32.97 ON MY GIFT CARD AFTER USING ON SEPT.27, 2013. RESTAURANT TOOK AWAY MY BALANCE & DID NOT REFUND ME ANY MONEY. THIS IS A FRAUD. THEY RECENTLY CLOSED THEIR ONE LOCATION IN DUNWOODY, GA.CUSTOMERS WROTE BAD COMMENTS ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT. ALSO, IGNITE RESTAURANT GROUP, MANAGE MACARONI RESTAURANT HAD VERY REPUTION IN BBB HOUSTON, TX. BBB HOUSTON TX RATED IGNITE RESTAURANT -F .THEY HAD CHEATED LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE & BBB HOUSTON, TX SHOWS THOSE BAD COMMENTS.THEY SHOULD RETURN MY MONEY.
