After determining that my product was the incorrect size for me, I used the email listed on their site and followed their return policy to submit a punctual inquiry. However, I received no response for a month following my send date. They violate their end of the return policy stating that they respond to emails within 48 hours. I attempted to contact them through their Instagram and Whatsapp accounts, yet have received no response for a week.

Claimed loss: $200 CAD

Desired outcome: Please refund in full
