I wasn't going to pay double the price of the item just to send it back. So, I told them that I wasn't going to pay that much and they told me to keep it. They offered me a measly 22% discount if I wanted to purchase a new one. I was so disappointed with their service that I will never order from them again. They are not a reputable company.
