Roadway Van Lines

I hired this company to move my things. Everything was damaged - boxes, furniture, tv, appliances. When the driver arrived, I paid him my balance and then proceeded that my things were damaged. He asked if I wanted them and I said no. I submitted a claim with the company and provided all pictures and receipt. I also included a note from the driver stating everything on his truck were damaged. The truck had an accident which is why my stuffs were destroyed. they’re very unresponsive my claim. It’s been 8 months now and no resolution

Clearly a very professional company with great integrity, honesty, and, trustworthy company to do business with. I will use their services in the future if the need should arise.

Great service and value for money! Roadway Van Lines keeps us shocked and amazed with the services they provided to us. I am impressed with this company, they made my move stress free and quick. The men who moved my belongings were friendly and very quick. The quote and payment process were simple. I would definitely recommend! I was searching high and low to find the right firm and after I spoke with a member of their helpful sales team, I was sold! Amazingly fine company.

Absolute the WORST experience of my life. First, when the first leg of the move took place, they came in and doubled the price. I had to pay it as they refused to move anything until I did. I had to be moved out that day so it didnÂ't leave me no choice. They left behind items that they refused to move at the end. My husband had to travel down 4 hrs one way to retrieve these items. On the next workday I explained what happened and showed pictures and no excuse or compensation was made. My items were left in storage for a month and today they delivered the items. They refused to comply with the agreement which was to move the items in the corresponding rooms and set the furniture up. Then they required full payment prior to starting. When I refused, they said they would leave with my items. Again, you are held hostage so they were paid. After that, they said they felt they were in a hostile environment and they were just going to leave everything on the driveway. Now I am trying to find help for my husband to get everything inside. At talked to a woman at the main office, she said she was going to contact her manager then the drivers company. I never heard back from her and IÂ've been calling for 5 hours straight and it constantly states she is on another line. No she isnÂ't, she has put that line on do not disturb so she wonÂ't have to deal with it. I have left numerous msgs and emails and no response. They have their money and thatÂ's all they care about, not customer satisfaction. I will be contacting a lawyer and also the ComplaintsBoard.com. Run away fast, donÂ't look back. This company is a joke
