2 packages where not sealed. Crushed crackers on bottom of box.

3/4/2022 just opened this box. All six stacks are not sealed on the side. This has happened before so we may be looking for a different brand as this is not acceptable. Who knows what has gotten into these. Best by date of

20Aug2022 as pics show. We will be tossing these in the garbage and looking at a different brand until this is straightened out.

I purchased a box of Ritz Mini Bits for my 2-year-old son; they are a favorite of his, with the exception of this package which proved to be crumpled, as if crushed, so much so the crackers separated from their filling and it had oozed out and, for the most part, crumbled and mashed with other cracker bits.

Although I had discarded the receipt, I am submitting a photo as verification of my disappointment, which was shared by my toddler.

I bought this product from kroger yesterday. It has an expiration date listed as September 7th 2022. I had them last night and woke up with a bad rash/allergic reaction all over my face. When I had them this morning I found huge white mold all over the crackers. I took them out the box and all of them have that white ish appearance. I’m currently expecting and do not know if this will have a negative effect on my baby. I’m extremely pissed at this company and product for this.

I am really upset about the box of ritz crackers we recently purchased. They look fine when you take them out of the box, but when you open the bag and go to take them out they all break up in your hand. We couldn't even have one whole one. It will be a long time before i consider another purchase.

They were the sour cream & onion toasted chips.

Hello purchased a box of original Ritz crackers expiration date August 11,2022 and opened them today they are stale, lighter then usual in color and not edible. This is my first time ever having an issue with ritz crackers. This was a waste of crackers bar code # [protected] bought at fresh grocer wyncote, Pa on Monday 2/7/2022

I have bought the flavor sour cream and onion but this is the 3rd bag I have gotten and they are plain instead of sour Cream amd onion.

I regularly purchase Ritz products. However, I recently bought several boxes of the fresh stacks and each of the 8 enclosed sleeves in one of the boxes was open. The side seems were not closed and all the crackers are stale. The date on the box is 08JUN2022MS 1015. I know situations like this can occur from time to time. However, it is important how you respond to them. I am hoping my complaint will alert you to a possible problem and I'm also hoping Ritz will stand behind their products. I would appreciate a response.

The only complaint I have is that the packaging is terriable! Can't open them where you are suppose to... Makes a mess everywhere! You have to bring a scissors to the table to open them.

Crackers are fine. Please revamp your packaging.

Hi i eat ritz crackers all the time with everything today at work i open up a new sleeve of crackers to find that there is peanut butter on my crackers im not sure how peanut butter ended up in my crackers as this was brand new and un opened. So how did they get seeled up with peanut butter inside? luckily my brother did not eat these he is allergic to peanuts!

I opened a bag from the dollar general and I'll send a pic of what it was I think u need to use boxes not bags and this would not happen how u supposed to dip these in dip when they r crumbled up like this I love them but this is bull I bet all bags are like this not just this one that is why I say box not bags and they will never be like this again

I bought a bag of Sour cream and onion toasted Ritz Chips from Walmart Neighborhood Market in Sherwood AR. The entire bag was plain chips.

The Ritz crackers we bought last week in Shoprite were not up to your standards.

We have been buying them for over 25 years.

This particular box packages were all crumbled.

The last several boxes of these crackers I've purchased I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with. I cant even point it down to a certain store because I've gotten them from a few different stores and the last several times the crackers have been burnt-like. I've put in a picture but I'm not even sure if it shows what I'm meaning. I love these crackers and probably eat a box every couple of days or so so I'm very unhappy with how the crackers have been and would just like to get a regular good box like I used to get. I'm not sure what can be done but like I said I just want to get a good regular box again and not burnt like ones.

Today is Feb. 4,2022 and I opened my bag of crisps for lunch. The bag sounded funny like china. So i got out a handful and they were pale looking like with no cheese. When I tasted them they were terrible. They had no taste. I eat this almost every day and since this is the last bag I have and I am snowed in this made me angry. These chips are so great and I usually buy two bags. I am not sure what happened to them. 20Jul2022xEZ21S1 16?1, this is what is written on side of bag. Please make sure there are no more of these bags. They are really terrible. I love them when they are good.

I purchase at least 3 boxes of Ritz Original (with salt) a month.
Within the past 2 months I have gotten 3 boxes of Ritz Original (without salt).
These crackers crumbled when you picked them up.
So, I ended up with boring crumbs @ $5.00 a box.

The majority of crackers crumbled as soon as you touched them. The tops broke off in many pieces. When I prepared snacks with ritz crackers being the base, they looked like someone took a bit or a mouse ate around the top edges. I do not have mice. Most of the guys said I think you got old crackers.
