Ritz Crackers

The chips are crisp and tasty. However, we have poured out the contents of the bag only to realize there’s not one complete cracker.

We always buy these Toasted Chips in a variety of different flavors.

This is disappointing!

The expiration date is 11 October, 2022. We opened them for a party during the college football games on 8 October, 2022, at 5:30 pm. This was just prior to kickoff and there was no time to travel to Winn-Dixie for another bag. It was embarrassing to serve cheeses and fruits with only pieces of crackers.

This was not only disappointing, it was embarrassing.

I really hope you will either send us a coupon for another package or reimburse us for this broken up bag.

I grew up having a grandmother who always had a box of Ritz Crackers. We loved to snack on them. I recently purchased the Fresh Stacks and was excited. To my utter dismay, they were not good. The color was not the same as what I had as a child and the taste was extremely blah. No taste whatsoever.

Shame on you!

Why do companies change the way food were made originally? To save you money at the cost of dismaying and losing a customer? Well, guess what? Bye

Dear whoever the [censored] may be who decided shrinkflation was a better option than honesty:

I will be 76 years old in December, and that will mean I have been eating Ritz crackers for probably 72 years. I want you to know that I just purchased my last box of Ritz crackers, and I will never again be purchasing another. The reason you may ask? Because you have reduced the cracker to such an infinitesimal size, that I can no longer spread peanut butter on a cracker without the cracker crumbling to dust in my fingers. I am applying this same standard to all future purchases of cookies, crackers, cakes, pies and donuts as well. You make them smaller, and I will begin cooking my own at home, for significantly less money, and far more tasty, and as large as I decide to make them. So good bye, and good luck with your insane woke shrinkflation, you may fool all the other people in the world, but I stopped being fooled from today going forward.

I bought a family size packet of these crackers, and they have absolutely no sour cream an onion seasoning on them at all. I checked in the bottom of the bag to see if somehow it hadn't gotten mixed up, but there is no seasoning at all. They taste like low-sodium crackers. Definitely disappointed!

We bought them at Walmart in Stone Mountain, GA in September, 2022.

Around Sept 23 I purchased a bag of the sour cream and onion toasted chips. When I opened the bag and started eating I noticed there was no flavor or seasoning on them like this bag was totally missed. I understand things like this to happen and I am not really upset but was wondering if I could get a replacement bag. This is my go to snack over chips pretzels or other snacks. Just wanted to let you know my experience and YES I will continue to purchase them.

I got a box of Ritz crackers I opened the box. There's four packages in box 3 we're sealed. Open. I don't. Want to eat them for something wrong and them smell stayed. This is the second box of two different shopping trips that the crackers crumble and you can't get them out of the sleeve, forget about eating them.

Did the formula or ingredients change ? I have been eating Ritz for many, many years and never had this problem.

As a senior citizen and the current inflation I can't afford to keep throwing the crackers out.

I purchased 3 bags of your Crisp & Thins barbecue flavor. Numbers on back of one of the bags 09Feb2023XEZ151 16 38 [protected] and all bags contained no favoring at all. This product without favor are awful. They taste blah. I have been buying this product either barbeque, original or cheese. Something went wrong at the factory.

I purchased them from Wal-Mart in Valparaiso and Strack and Van Til in Valparaiso.

I love Ritz, but no longer. The crackers are so thin now they brake into crumbs. Sept. 19, 2022. all most all the crackers would crumble when I touch them . Want to put cheese spread, no way the cracker brakes . VERY DISSATIFIY

I purchased 2 packages of crisps & thins at my local grocery store ( Ralphs). I was completely disappointed with the taste. I have eaten regular Ritz crackers for many years and have enjoyed them. Perhaps it is becaused the Crisps are baked

Purchased a 4 pack from United supermarket on jacksborow hwy Wichita Falls Tx today (Sept 5, 2022). Box was slightly indented (I’ve seen worse) when opened at home the crackers looked super crumbly it happens we get it. But a closer look showed to look like something started chewing through side of pack. I went to inspect other packs and when I went to pick up one out of box the end just opened and cracker crumbles went everywhere. We returned to store to return and get a different pack/brand all together. I get things happen I am more upset that the store workers did not seem concerned. Most consumers buy a pack and don’t immediately open it once they arrive home. I wish I had taken pictures, I just want someone important to know In case there needs to be a recall.

The crackers crumble into crumbs when you try to spread peanut butter on them. They do not stay in one piece. It is impossible to make any appetizers on them because they break, August 2022. This is not the first box we have bought that the crackers broke. We keep trying the boxes and they still crumble. We like the taste and eat them, but It is disappointing each time.

Every time I open a sleeve of your crackers, there are many broken crackers inside. Also, the ones that aren't broken break as soon as we use spreadable cheese on them. My husband gets upset with me and I try to explain how crackers could be broken. I am a long-time customer of Ritz crackers. I serve them to company and use at home all the time.

However, I am looking to Triscuits or any other stiffer cracker and will no longer purchase your product

Ordered box of 6-8.1 oz bags of toasted chips from Amazon on Aug 9,2022. All the bags of chips were too salty! I normally buy 2 bags every week from foodlion. I saw the word New on the front of the bag and thought this was great. I was having company that weekend and making my special spinach/artichoke dip and thought this would be a perfect chip to dip. Boy, was I wrong. As I put the chips in a fancy plate, I thought this can't be happening. They were 99% broken little pieces. How can someone even dip these. I was angry and embarrassed to put these out, so I ran out and bought a back-up to use with my dip. Not only did I initially pay for these, which by the way got thrown out, but I had to go out to the store again and spend more money.

I bought a package of 8 packs of peanut butter crackers at Target last night, 08/w0/2022. When I went to get a package I realized that it was missing two of the crackers from the package so I picked another package. I opened it and three of those crackers were missing the peanut butter and the other half of their cracker. (only top halves, no bottom halves) So upon examining the other packages four of the packages were missing bottoms and one package was missing complete crackers. Pkg #[protected]

I bought a box of your ritz crackers at walmart. when i opened them there were bugs a lot of bugs crawling in the packs not even open. my husband and i got physically sick ,because we ate a few before realizing it. we buy ritz all the time this was very nasty. code on the scan bar is [protected]. what are you going to do to keep us as a customer, waiting for a response, before i post on social media

we finished the box of Ritz crackers and in the bottom of the box there was an object that looked like poo in the box . we only saw it because we recycle the cardboard boxes.

we feel physically sick . this is disgusting.

This is my second time submitting my complaint. I received no response at all from my first.

The flavor of these crackers was non-existent. Very Bland. No taste of any spice or salt.

Purchased at Market Basket in Portsmouth, NH about 1 month ago.

Well. I'm getting the message that my complaint is too short and will not get attention. So here I go with more verbiage. I love your plain round Ritz crackers and use them to make an awesome crabmeat stuffing for baked stuff shrimp on the holidays.

I opened up my crackers hoping to have a nice evening snack but I was surprised to find that one was missing over half of one of the crackers and peanut butter. I was a little bit surprised but I was really dismayed when I found that another one was also cracked everywhere and also had a third cracker. I was then very disappointed that after paying for 6 crackers I only had 4 ok ones.
