Hello, my name is Cindi. I bought a box of your original Ritz crackers yesterday. Tonight I opened a pack with I found peanut butter on some. And that is unusual. Because if I wanted peanut butter, I would have bought peanut butter. Thank god, my future husband didn't eat any. Because he has alleges toward peanuts. Nabisco needs to watch what they're doing. That could kill someone who can't eat peanuts. Please be careful and have your workers to be careful with the product. I will send pictures of the crackers if you like. Thank you

I opened a brand new bag of the cheddar cracker chips and as I was eating them I realized there was this really chewy piece and as I take the piece out it's this plastic.

For the last 2 boxes I have had lots of broken crackers. Why? I hate to find another brand, but I need crackers.

Bought 13.7 Oz box of original crackers. As soon as you pick it from wrapper, the cracker crumbles! Irritating when you are trying to dip it or put something on top. Would prefer a refund. Love Ritz Crackers, never had a problem till now.

I purchased 2 boxes or original Ritz crackers. They were purchased 1 week ago today. And no, it was not the "hint of salt" brand. There was not ANY salt on ANY of the crackers in the 2 boxes. They were disgusting and very disappointed for the amount you pay for the boxes.

I purchase 1-2 boxes of Ritz cheese crispers per week. I enjoy them so much I recommend them to family and friends often. Oct. 7, 2021 I bit into the crisp in pic on right side and broke a tooth. As in pic, this crisp is thicker and ridiculously hard. My bite did not break the crisp, I used a hammer. I thought it might not even be food, maybe some form of hard plastic but it finally broke. What is going onNo dental insurance. Now what? I am a bar manager and greet customers all night 5 nights a week. I am beyond upset and embarrassed and would greatly appreciate a response. I often buy your product and have always been satisfied with the quality.
Yesterday, we had a small bag of Ritz Bits with cheese filling...it was disappointing to find that half the bag did not have cheese filling.
I do have a photo that shows this quite clearly.

Last 2 bags I have bought had no sour cream or onion flavor.
So much for quality control in your company. I paid $ 3.49 a bag I think
I should be entitled to a free coupon for another for my love of the
crackers. My bag reads 22Apr2022XEZ32S2 if that means anything
to you. One more time and I will switch brands. I do not want to do that but
these are not cheap for not having no flavor to them.

I have really liked these since they came out, however the last 2 bags I purchased have no flavor.

I love the flavor of the new everything crackers but even taking them out of the sleeve they crumble...

We love ritz crackers, but the last few packages we've had just haven't been cooked enough. They have been very light in color and are too soft.

We miss the light crispy texture of the completely baked crackers. They just don't taste as good when when they haven't achieved that crispy browned texture.

Hope you can get this resolved. We might have to move onto another brand.

I bought these Ritz crackers at local store and there was no sour cream or onion flavoring or sprinkles on the chips. They didn't have no good taste to them! What a disappointment cause we buy them a lot. I like to buy them for myself and for the grandkids.
Wondering if this happens more often and what can be done about that?

They taste like nothing. The cheese doesn't take like anything. Crackers taste normal but the cheese doesn't taste like anything anymore. Which is a bummer cause I used to love grabbing a box every now and then. The cheap "cheese" sandwich crackers taste more like "cheese" then these do. The whole box is mostly broken crackers too, I've found only a handful of actual sandwich crackers. It's all in pieces with little "cheese" that doesn't taste like anything in the first place

I opened a brand new tube of crackers it was completely sealed and there were 2 dead moths inside. I really like your product and was upset about this incident.

Just bought my first package of Ritz Crisp & Thins Dill pickle and they were absolutely out of this world, delicious! Really tasted like pickles. However, 90% of the bag the crackers were smashed to bits.

I don't appreciate you marketing to the mass population and children, emasculated black men wearing lipstick. It's sexist and racist, not at all "inclusive" as you were told to think. People have their niche social circles and nothing will ever change that, certainly not by teaching our kids sexually perverse lifestyles. For the past year every box of ritz has either been broken
In the package or falls apart the second I pick it up
Cant spread anything in it or dip it
I saw that u have lowered the humidity level for longer life shelf
But if we cant eat it with out crumbling, you won't need life shelf
Because we won't be buying them anymore
I for one will not waste my money on them anymore
I pay the extra money for your product I expect to get what I pay for
Please let us know when you decided to make them as before
I would consider buying them again

Zero flavor. No smell or even hint of flavoring. 27MAR2022XEZ32S1 02:32 the chips are totally plain. Purchased from Giant food store in Trexlertown, PA. No hint of ever getting seasoning or flavoring added. Checked bottom of bag, and nothing there either. The entire family size bag is flavorless. Stop messaging me, telling me that my complaint is missing something. All the relevant info is already included.

We have recently tried several of the toasted ritz products, we finally tried a bag of the toasted ritz pitas and were really disappointed! They were very dark around the edges/corners and tasted burnt. Not a product we will buy again if this is the normal end product.

We do enjoy the other toasted ritz products and will keep buying them in the future.
