Ritz crackers /hint of salt

The majority of crackers crumbled as soon as you touched them. The tops broke off in many pieces. When I prepared snacks with ritz crackers being the base, they looked like someone took a bit or a mouse ate around the top edges. I do not have mice. Most of the guys said I think you got old crackers.

I purchased 2 boxes (13.7 oz. each) of "the original" Ritz crackers 12/15/2021. Upon opening, I discovered that none of the crackers in the boxes has any salt on top. While they are not spoiled, etc., they certainly don't taste like I expect them to. Best when used by:

Ur crackers fall apart super easy.. I been eating ritz my whole life in 40yrs old! What are y guys doing with the crackers now that are making them so brittle?

I just read how ritz crackers promotes foster parents how can you support this organization when you hear of more bad things about foster parents then good my five children were abused by foster parents the agency that hired these foster parents did nothing social workers did nothing the san bernardino sheriff did nothing after hearing my children's abuse by foster parents my children were moved to another foster home where my ten month old son was killed no one held accountable there is so many cases you hear about this broken system the social workers defend the foster parents so they get away for the crimes committed against children if foster parents love these kids they wouldn't kick them out once they turn 18 yrs old to end up homeless and on drugs in and out of prison if they really loved them and really cared for them they would do it out of love but there true love is motivated by the money they make of each kid they get and with the help of social workers and the hub they can put children on medication and recieve more money stop your support of foster care system how can you not know of the evil dcfs and foster parents do to innocent children all for the money they all get paid to traffic children help stop the abuse my children are still being abuse by foster parents and social workers don't care after what my kids been through and continue to go through so please don't participate in supporting this abuse help expose the darkness to make more people aware.

Every box I have bought over the past several months had their contents just fall apart. I end up throwing half of them away. Please go back to your old recipe. I would appreciate a couple of coupons to replace the ones I had to throw away. I enjoy the flavor, but come on - lets' get it right and have a sleeve that can be enjoyed with toppings instead of having most of the crackers end up in the waste heap.

We purchased three boxes of Ritz crackers for the holidays. I opened a new box of Ritz crackers (attached is pic of lot number on box), and there appears to be peanut butter down the side of the crackers (picture attached).
For someone with a peanut allergy, this could be deadly. I would hope that, at a minimum, you would address the manufacture and quality control error that caused this to occur and replace the product that we purchased.

I purchased a Family Pack of Ritz Crackers from the local Walmart. None of the packages inside the box were sealed along the sides (only on each end). The crackers were edible, but soft like a cookie rather than a cracker.

In have for recent 3-4 Months have a problem with crackers crumbling when opening. I use at least a box a week. I have enjoyed them all my life and even give them to my dog as a treat. Crumble instantly. Cannot spread without crumbling. Unusual outcome for Ritz Cracker as we have purchased very good ones for years.

We purchased an 18 stack box of Ritz crackers at Rome, Ga. Sams Club. we consumed about 6 or 8 packs. the two I got out of the box today had what looks like and smells like peanut butter on them. I discovered the first one after I opened it. the peanut butter was on the outside edge of the crackers, not on every cracker but scattered through the stack. Have one unopened stack that has peanut butter inside the wrapper. I checked stacks left in the box, did not see anymore. Are these Crackers safe to eat? How did peanut butter get inside the wrapper? The only number I can find on the box is the bar code on the box. ([protected])

I just opened a pack a ritz cracers filled with cheese and this was on my cracker. It's so digusting. It looks like some had chew on and spit it out on some dropped on my cracker.

Luckily I only bought the one box. Nice to have a design on the sleeves, but make sure they seal up.

I am complaining about the box of ritz biscuits I bought from tesco.
My family and I sat down to eat the ritz biscuits with a cup of tea and while talking and eating through most of the pack, my son to his surprise held a biscuit in his hand which seemed to have green mould on it. Goodness knows how many we ate with the mould on before we released. Attached find a picture of one of the biscuits with a receipt and the barcode from the box.

I bought a pack of Ritz toasted chips last week Friday (12/11/21) in a grocery in Trinidad and opened it today 15/11/2021. It is supposed to be sour cream and onion flavour but the entire pack is void of flavour. There isn't even any salt or anything. It's just the raw chip and I am disappointed.

I would like a refund or replacement of the product please and thank you.

I can't find Ritz Chips, Multigrain in any stores in Dunnellon, FL. I checked areas where they can be found but was told they are not in this area, but I had been buying them for months in Dunnellon.
The stores have all the other flavored chips but no Multigrain. I don't understand why all others are available!
I would love to see the multigrain chips return to my store shelves!

I bought a box of your individual packages of crackers. I ate 1 package but when I started to eat the second package something has started by chewing a hole in the other end and eating the crackers. We have never had any critters in our house for over 30 years and nothing shows this problem.

Ritz has been our cracker of choice for many years. However, recently 2 boxes had stale or very soft crackers. The last box had 2 stacks that appeared to not have glued at the bottom. All the others appeared to be fine from the outside. Both boxes were well within the expiration date. The last box number is

Hello, my name is Cindi. I bought a box of your original Ritz crackers yesterday. Tonight I opened a pack with I found peanut butter on some. And that is unusual. Because if I wanted peanut butter, I would have bought peanut butter. Thank god, my future husband didn't eat any. Because he has alleges toward peanuts. Nabisco needs to watch what they're doing. That could kill someone who can't eat peanuts. Please be careful and have your workers to be careful with the product. I will send pictures of the crackers if you like. Thank you
