Rite Rug — Poor customer service
I wanted to get hard wood floors put in my kids play room and picked out what I liked. The salesman came to my house and did the measurements for us no problem. He said that he would call us in a couple days to let us know when the order came in so we could set up an installation time. He never called us. I called him on his cell phone (which he told us to call him on) and said he wasn't in the office and he would call us back. No call. So my husband stopped at the store on his way home from work and spoke to the manager and said that the order would be in a few days and that they would call us. Still no call. I had to call them and finally set up a date in which I was told that they would call when it got closer as to a time window for when they would be here. No call they showed up at 7:50 in the morning in which I had just gotten out of the shower. Installation went fine until I one of the transition pieces was short. So they told me my sales guy would call me and let me know when the piece would be in. No call for a couple of days. I called and talked to someone else at the store and they said they would have to call me back the next day. Still no call. I finally called into the corporate office and I am still playing phone tag with them. So would I recommend them to anyone they answer is No! The floor is nice but the headache is not.
