I purchased flooring from the Lancaster location to cover my whole 1st floor (about 1350sqft worth). Dave was very helpful through the whole process and so he earned our trust. Everything went well till the installers ran out of material. I figured no big deal these things happen. Dave and his store manager said they would cover the extra flooring they were short. I thought that was fair considering Dave's calculations were incorrect by about 200sqft.. I was told this would take at least a week, ok. This was July 31st.. Aug 13th I still haven't heard from Dave so I went in to the store. Store manager tells me they wont have material till at least Sept 1st and the earliest they could install "might be" mid Sept!

So now I have my office space, Foyer, and 1/3 of my living room completely bare for my family and friends to keep asking whats going on? I asked for some compensation for the issues and was told to pretty much pound said. I'll never do business with RiteRug again. I should have went through a local shop here in town.
