Moved into a Ryan Home in 2019 (second owner). Closed on the house with the Ryan home warranty being transferred to me. During the initial walkthrough, I notified Ryan Homes the tile work in the master bathroom was terrible and needed to be redone. The Ryan homes maintenance guy agreed and said they would call Rite Rug to get them out for repair. One year in the house and Rite Rug eventually says they are not going to repair the work because I am the second owner of the home. My warranty has no such clauses and despite the fact Riterug recognizes the work is of poor quality, Rite rug is going to try to avoid doing the job correctly.
