I got somethin' from A.J. Rose Carpets & Flooring and now I wanna give it back, but they ain't lettin' me. Even if I'm willin' to pay the 25% restockin' fee, they still won't take it. I just want my money back, ya know?

I hired AJ Rose Carpets & Flooring to put in new floors. The sales guy said it would take 2 days, but it took 5. He said they'd finish one floor in a day so we could sleep there, but that didn't happen. We had to stay in a hotel. They didn't finish on April 1 like they said they would. They were supposed to come back on April 4 to finish, but they didn't show up or tell us why. We went to the store on April 6 to pay, but they said we owed $1000 more because of a mistake. They said they went to *** and Lowes to find materials, but they didn't find anything. They said they'd overnight the materials, but they didn't arrive. We called on April 11 and 13, but they didn't show up. They said they'd come on April 14, but they didn't say when. They didn't show up again. We called on April 15 and they said they'd come soon, but they didn't show up and no one told us why. We paid them, but they didn't finish the job and they won't tell us when they will.
