Rite Aid review: Horrible customer service

Submitted a prescription for Devenlafaxine ( pristiq) on 2/12/2020. I was told it could not be filled until 2/13/2020 because they were out of stock. Had to go out of town for a few days and returned on 2/17/2020 I went to the pharmacy to pick it up. I was told they were still out of stock but they would have it on 2/18/2020 after 3:00 p.m.
I went there at 4:30 p.m. today 2/18/2020. I was told they were still out of stock. I asked to speak to the manager and the Pharmacist "Mike" came to talk to me and I explained to him that we had summited the prescription on 2/12/2020 and when he thought it might get it in.
He told me he had no idea and could not find out.
I asked him what my options were and he told me maybe I should find another pharmacy.
He was very rude and condescending.
