I ordered a free trial of triothin with a shipping fee of 2.95. I received the pills, and canceled any future shipments. On Dec. 31 ther was a charge of $88.55 on my credit card. When I called to inquire, I was told this was for my next shipment. I explained that I canceled any future shipments and did not want them and would be returning them, which I did. They refunded only $75.26. So, I get my next statement and there is another charge of $88.55 plus $6.95. I called again, only to find out this was for the trial shipment that I kept. When I tried to explain I canceled, they told me I was too late. How can I be too late, when I did it the same day I received them. This is insane! I do not pay $90. for diet pills. This is why I do not order on line. I have returned and canceled my order, insured and paid postage. I think I have done my part. I would appreciate a full refund of one charge of $88.55 plus $6.95 shipping, plus $13.29 difference of the first $88.55 (they refunded me $75.26). Thank you for your time.

I cancelled and returned my pills a month ago,
there are two unauthorized charges on my visa bill.
I also called home office and was told I would be
removed from the list, I called twice, once in May and once in June.

There are 2 unauthorized charges on my recent visa bill which need to be credited immediately.
