GrantHelp.com Unfriendly customer service

No complaints about this website specifically. It just happened to not be useful for my situation. However, when I canceled my membership online I called to request a refund for the charge to my account. The customer service representative “Juan” was extremely rude on the phone, did not answer my questions, and hung up on me. This was after being on hold for a half hour waiting to speak with someone. I’m very confused and disappointed with the quality of the customer service from this particular employee.

ON AUGUST 30TH 2009 THERE WAS 1.87 TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I CALLED AND CANCELED THIS SERVICE SINCE I AM ON SS AND CANNOT AFFORD THIS. HOWEVER TODAY SEPT 12 THEY TOOK 79.95 OUT OF MY BANK UN AUTHORIZED LEAVING ME WITH ONLY ABOUT 100 DOLLARS FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH UNTIL THE 2ND WEEK IN OCT TO LIVE ON.
