I had a nightmarish experience with Terminix. They sent a debt collector for a service I never received and then proceeded to ignore all my attempts at communication. Managers Derik Tomason, Antonio Briceño, and Luis Santiago were unhelpful and seemed only interested in money. Avoid doing business with this company unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

Do not trust Terminix! They'll send debt collectors for services not rendered, ignore all contact attempts, and managers Derek Tomason, Antonio Briceño, and Luis Santiago are worthless in resolving issues. Wouldn't respond to any communication, and managers don't care about customer satisfaction. We have called Terminix five times with NO customer help!

Terminix is a complete disaster! They sent a debt collector for a service that was never fulfilled. I reached out to managers Derik Tomason, Antonio Briceño, and Luis Santiago for assistance, but they provided zero help. It's obvious they are only interested in money, not customer satisfaction. I will never use Terminix again. Even worse, they refuse to address my concern.

Terminix is a disgrace! They resorted to sending a debt collector for a service they did not provide. When I asked for assistance from managers Derik Tomason and Antonio Briceño, they were unhelpful. Customer satisfaction is clearly not important to them. I am extremely disappointed with Luis Santiago (regional manager) and his blatant lack of concern for their customers. They deserve a "0" rating but that rating is unavailable.

I called Terminix’s because I saw a mice in my garage so the guy came out and told me that I have so much problem going around my house so I should get exclusions service I got scared and just signed up for the contract and than another guy came in to protect my house from the mice he told me that I don’t need anything and the guy sold me wrong service which I never needed.I called Terminix to cancel my service but they did not and still charging me for no reason

I need someone to call me concering there is a hole in my crawlspace by my a/c unit where a rat is dead on a trap after he chewed on my cable wire which cost me 120.00 to repair the wire and trip fee. A tech came by on 1/19 to state he will come back on 1/29 to repair the hole and make sure no more rodents are getting in. Today I called I am not on the schedule for today. I was on a chat with a rep, I was told to remove the rat myself which is very unprofessional. I have had service with terminx for almost 3 years, service in my crawlspace twice a year I was neve told I had a hole in in the crawlspace

I hired terminix for a service to get rid of a roach problem at home. I was promised the issue would be resolved after 4 treatments but so far the problem has worsened. I was also told I would be charged quarterly but that was also incorrect they have been charging me monthly. I tried cancelling earlier this week but was unable to because of tactics they play but I called again to cancel and they finally agreed to cancel but will not refund me the Dec payment although services have not been rendered.

Because you’re not serving my house Cannot even get to corporate office

for over one month now I am trying to get the screens place over the outside vent and hole to stop the bees from coming in my house, also get the termite traps refilled. After multiple phone calls I am still waiting. The company sent 4 times a person who do not do this type of work. After thousand of dollars, I would expect some result. I have been with the company for over one year and have a premium plan.

During the attic job, a worker stepped thru the floor of the attic twice. One of the damaged areas was found and later repaired to my satisfaction. A second damaged area was found later at the top of a closet. I have called the local Terminex office (Chatsworth) 4 times in the past 2 months but have failed to get a return call to setup a visit by a repairman. One Terminex rep did show up but was gone in less than 1 minute after seeing the damage and saying he wasn't a repairman.

Signed a contract with Terminix, make the monthly payments, and can NEVER speak to anyone! I have called left messages, NEVER get a return call. They do not perform the job they are being paid to do. This is a HUGE cost to my family for a service I AM NOT GETTING! When they do show up months later, they do not do a compete job, and when they are called back about the job not being resolved, NOBODY ever answers the phone, another message is left and a return call is never received. If the payment is not made it is reported to the credit bureaus. So basically I'm paying for a service that I AM NT GETTING!

I would like to file a complaint and have my account reinstated. I have had this account over 10 years with no issues and now the branch assigned to my home is submitting untruthful information and trying to cancel my account for no reason. Please reinstate and advise how I can file a corporate complaint against them for this, can you help me?

On 2019 an sob came by giving me a quote to tent? He was belittling, condescending, self-serving and arrogant. I asked if he was going to measure? He looked at me and said, "I know my job". He never, never measured, went to look, just gave estimate and asked for payment to get started? I figure it was terminix (was recommended) as I had two other estimates for a lot less. In the dropped bags in the evening? About (8:00pm) in the front porch? My two-story home was tented, came home after tent removed, which I did not see this procedure! It was raining and the housed showed 30 degrees, we all slept in clothes and jackets! Waited, waited, late evening I called gas company, and spoke to ms, martinez, manager, who stated, they give date when tent comes off at the time when they ask to turn off, and they did not give date to turn back on! Waited another day, no technician available that day. So, I waited two days for gas!, because of you! I immediately contacted office (santa fe springs) manager? And enumerated all the problems I had, even gave name of rep. Now 2023 my garage door came down! I called mesa garage and they came that day? Technician would not even get near! As they would not be held accountable due to termite infestation in the wooden beams! And a hazard to everyone. I called on 7/23-debra-message, 7/23-jason-message, 8/4-bobby jo-will expedite email, 8/9-carrol-will expedie email, 8/14,8/15/8/16, ariana, ricky, carrol again, akeeme? The worst most arrogant, receptionist? Person who answers phone calls. To give me corporate number to complain, who did not listen, and he said I can help? When I gave rant, he decided to hang up on me. Justin, (so called manager, from where?) called to give me his rant which I had heard at least 20 times! I gave my rant again, stating the last manager back in 2019 who I contacted to complain about service he stated I will note in computer to have your garage tented since they forgot the first time. Justin stated that this offer was only for 2019, and no good now! I stated do you think if iwas told this in 2019, I would be so stupid to wait till now? Remember I am in wheelchair, handicap and never, never came out to see if I had termites! I depended on terminix to access my property for termites? But rep stated he knew his job.! I have waited all this time for justin again to slap me in the face! I have paid a handyman, $400.00 to remove and carry away garage door as was a safety hazard to my grandchild! When it fell it got dented and could not be used again! The same line over, and over again I cancelled the contract? I have ranted I would of never, ever wanted you again or your services based on previous experience with terminix staff! All this is recorded according to you and was being recorded for training purposes back in 2019? I f you think I am a liar as some of your? Reps/receptionist, manager seem to insinuate.!

We have a copy of and contract we sign with a different amount. Steven Quius ask my husband to sign the ipad and he would add the amount when he went back to the office. We never got a email with the contract for financing. He then turn in to finance for a different amount. If we had got a copy of the financing paperwork we would have cancel within the 3 days.
