I have been a customer of Terminix for 9 yrs or more I'm writing you to complain about my bill back in march 2023 I call to suspend my service and get my account balance I was told I couldn't suspend it twice I was told my balance was 97.00 because of a discount that was applied to my account and I had a free service call after my service call in June I was told I wasn't schedule a free service and my bill was 136.00 can you listen to my march phone call so we can get my bill right
