Had an appt at 10 am. 245pm I called company only to be told my tech was running late and he was 45 mins away. After waiting pretty much till late noon, no courtesy call for this 4-hour delay. No other appt was available for a week. No type of incentive offered other than an apology. I cancelled completely. This would have been my first time using their service.

Recommendation: Call and remind Them of your appt,LOL!
