PermaTreat Pest Control

Called PermaTreat Pest Control local office (phone number) on May 3, 2022. I requested a wood destroying insects inspection for the sale of a home which is Tenant occupied. My information was taken and I was told a representative would contact me to schedule. I got a call from the representative's name. I asked him and my tenant to coordinate. After a few weeks it was clear that my tenant wasn't going to follow through so I contacted the representative's name to schedule. We met on May 25th at the property (the listed property that needs the inspection), he did a quick inspection, asked for my e-mail so he could have the inspection report e-mailed to me. Friday May 27th I still haven't received the report so I called the representative's name (and later texted) and the local PermaTreat office. The representative's name never returned my call nor texts. I spoke with someone at the local office, she said it was the end of the day but will pass my concern/request to Elija. I called the local office again on Wed June 1st around 9am...spoke to Elija on the phone and he verified my e-mail address and said he would send the report by the end of the day. Today, June 2nd 10am I have yet to receive anything. This is taking way too long and very poor customer service. I would like to know if I need to waste more of my time/energy to schedule another inspection by another company. Overall this has been terrible service and poor communication by all representatives at PermaTreat.
