Products bought are missing
This afternoon, 4.00 - 5.00pm May 3, 2022 (Tuesday), I went to do my grocery in Savemore Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya. I often buy here whenever I go to this province. Usually, I buy in bulk like Php5k+ to minimize my frequent errands. When I get home to organize the groceries, I noticed the ice cream and dish cloth are not included in my box yet it is included in my receipt. This happens every time. One or two items are always missing.
Desired outcome: I hope the management will be more strict to their employees and be willing to assist me when I ask for a review to their cctv. This never happens to me in Manila.

Hi. Just want to complain your Savemore branch at ARCC Pag Asa. They are selling expired products. I bought 6 pcs. of Anmum Materna Concentrate and 4 of which are expired. I bought it on November 19 and the expiration is Nov. 11! It's already 8 days after the expiration! We returned it today and your customer service representative don't know how to handle...

It appears that none of the complaints receive a response ?
I regularly shop at save more in Dauin Dumaguete. The staff are usually very helpful. When my husband who has a terminal disease was suddenly unable to walk they provided a wheel chair. Here in lies the problem. The wheel chair was damaged. One foot plate missing and the side bashed in making it unsafe for a PWD. The customer service person was not available the whole time I was in the store. If you provide a facility please ensure it's safe for use.
