I do not know if this complaint will ever be addressed as I see no comments on the several complaints posted here...

Anyways... yesterday at around 5PM I visited the Savemore branch in Magsaysay St. Sorsogon City to buy a few items. After paying, I was asked by the cashier if "..ok lang ba na kulang ng P0.75 ang sukli?" Is it really the protocol in your store to ask politely if it is alright to shortchange your customers? I thought that your company prides itself in very good customer service but his type of treatment to the customers stinks... This is not the only time I encountered this scenario but this time the amount is a bi bigger...you might not understand as you are handling million daily.. But for us ordinary customers centavos mean something. I really hope this could be addressed upon on top of other customer-related issues like unclean sorroundings including comfort rooms, unavailable baggers which take the transaction too long...WE wil see if there will be changes... another violation of the law and I will direct my complaint to DTI.. If you are going to ask if I was given the exact change..Yes i did..but only after I voiced my disappointment.. A customer should never be forced to complain for something that is due her.

Sorryyyyyyy for that experience ma'am😔. Nag trabaho ako as a cashier sa Savemore dito sa Benguet at isa ako sa cashier na nagtatanong kung "Pwede po ba kulang ng 50centavo? ng 25centavo? ng 75 centavo?". May mga customer na okay lang mayroon ding ibang hindi, naiintindihan naman po namin yon. Minsan nanghihingi din kami ng pambarya sa piso sa customer pero wala din sila😭. Bakit namin ginagawa un? Ito ung mga dahilan na hindi nila maayos-ayos at laging kaming mga cashier ang naiipit😭 "Wala na daw baryang cenravo's" mayroon man pero limited lang...Kaming mga cashier din ang kawawa dahil kung may 75centavos o 50centavos na barya si customer at wala kaming pambarya binibigay namin piso kung laging ganon kami ang magkakaroon ng malaking loss at ikakakaltas sa aming sahod... Pero pag mayroon namang sobra wala😭 Sa kanila lang...

Pag naman nasobrahan ang baryang nireremit namin kami lagi napapagalitan at pinapagawan ng letter nag eexplain kung bakit daw madami kaming barya? Tapos pagkailangan naman namin ng pambarya wala silang maibigay at kami nanaman ang kawawang nakakarinig sa mga reklamo ng mga costumer, kami ang pinapagalitan nila. Nagalit na nga yong customer sa amin magagalit din sila sa amin bakit daw kasi hindi kami marunong mag tipid ng pambarya😭

Ang masaklap, nakakaltas naman lagi sa sahod namin yong loss namin pero yong backpay namin wala kaming makukuha kasi nga daw nag negative dahil sa loss namin kaya wala kami makukuha. Like, huh? Bakit hindi po nila kami tawagan para sabihin yon para hindi kami umasa. Sa ibang tao pa namin malalaman, sa mga co workers lang namin😔 Kala namin fake news pero 6months na nakalipas wala pa kaming natatanggap na tawag.. Hindi naman yong pera ang habol namin kundi explanation lang po sana nila kung bakit WALA KAMI MATATANGGAP! Gusto namin sa kanila mismo manggaling hindi sa ibang tao😔 Be professional ang lagi niyo sinasabi pero unprofessional kayo!
