Hello, This will be my last PlayerUp message having answered "resolved" on my case. This after a comment that they did not appreciate.
In short 29 months that I would have waited for my payment.
- They sent me 300 dollars out of 1600
- 300 other dollars disappeared at the same time, even they do not know why and how
- Since Telegram, countless emails sent asking me to delete my messages on sites like Reedit. I saw that they had been banned from Trustpilot for this reason.
Do not insult me ​​or the other victims of your scams, by responding here to contact you by Telegram or Urgent Mail.
You are thieves and crooks.

I am extremely disappointed with PlayerUp. Despite being assured that my issue would be resolved within 72 hours, it has now been over a month with no response from their middleman service.

After extensive research on various forums and websites, I discovered that PlayerUp has numerous negative reviews and feedback. Many users have reported that they never receive their funds and have been waiting for payouts for over a year without any response from PlayerUp.

Edit 3: If someone try to resolve a issue through telegram then every time he's lying and never solve your issue anymore, i waited around 4 month and previous month i waited for resolve my issue and playerup middleman said it will be fix within a 48 hours, and then it's never resolve and after that i waited 48 hours more but still same, not fix anymore.

Before dealing please search in google ( Playerup review) then you saw a all the history.

Never resolve your any issue, lots of bad reviews in internet, not recommended, every time he’s lying and if he said wait 48 hour that’s mean he never fix your issue after 48 hours later.

I tried using this website to purchase an account. I wanted to use their "middleman" service to be more safe. I purchased $220 "credits" on the website to purchase the account I wanted. The seller of the account backed out and I had the credits sitting on my account since. Every time I try to cash out my credits, no one responds to me. I have contacted them via Telegram and no one responds to me. Please do not use this service as it is a scam. Go use PlayerAuctions!

I sold a 7ds grand cross account over 1 year ago and till this day i havent received my money from playerup messaging them everysingle day on telegram always saying youre issue will be resolved but its been 1 year and nothing has been resolved all this for 95usd, sended them the paypal invoices they asked for nothing ofc, oh and forgot to mention they always go radio silence after you message them on telegram.

When it comes to buying or selling virtual assets, trustworthy and reliable platforms are a must. Unfortunately, PlayerUp (playerup.com) doesn't seem to be one of them. After reading through reviews from previous users, it is apparent that there are many valid concerns regarding their services.

Almost every customer who claims to have had no response to messages, or payment, from support or middleman on the site itself in weeks, months, or even years in some cases, found that after posting a negative review about their experience, they were contacted almost immediately with a claim that their problem would be expediated when they 'resolve their offsite issues', ie remove their negative review.

Many customers did this only to return again and repost claiming they were then back to being ignored again

Customers who put their trust in the PlayerUp platform only ended up losing more money in the process.

The middleman service offered on the platform is another issue. According to reviews, the middleman essentially does nothing after taking your money. Essentially, you pay them for nothing but a chat room. It doesn't seem like a valuable service in any way, shape, or form. Plus, the middleman support team seems to be less than helpful if any issues arise after a transaction.

There have also been concerns raised about the presence of scammers on the site. PlayerUp may claim to be a legitimate provider of virtual assets, but it appears that there is a risk of being scammed by other users. This type of environment is not conducive to building trust between buyers and sellers.

Bottom line? It's tough to put faith in a website that's riddled with issues. With all the negative feedback about PlayerUp, it's crucial to urge users to avoid the platform entirely. We cannot in good conscience recommend their services and suggest that you find another platform that's safer, transparent, and trustworthy.

So this is the 2nd time in over 2 months that i have to file a complaint again to get the supports attention for receiving my money after more than 1 year that i have cashed out i have sended paypal invoices to them but no answer only after complaint they answered, after the 1st complaint they reached out and told me they were having issues with PAYPAL and it would have been resolved, its been 2 months since then and i still havent got payed, i even told them i was fine even with bank transfer or crypto payment but no answer as usual so here i am again filing another complaint to get my 100usd.

Late last month i bought a game account and used middleman service, but before that i got the sellers phone number. It took a while to get the transaction but when it did it went smooth, the only problem is the seller messaged me a week later saying he never got paid. I tried figuring out if i had to do something like changing orded to complete or satisfied but i remember i had done that the same day i got info on the account. So i wrote to the middleman in the 3-way conversatiom that the account was secure and that he could release the money to the seller. A month later the seller tells me he has not received anything yet. He has messaged the middleman but is being ignored.

If you use Middleman services, they will waste your time, make your experience so miserable and you'll never get your money, ever! After selling my very old high quality Reddit account (+500k karma!) I have been waiting for over 2 months for them to process my payment. Initially I provided them with my PayPal information and ID, but after ignoring me for over a month, I provided 2 more payment options just in case they may have delays with PayPal. I kept asking for payment status about once a week (via PlayerUp pm, forums and Telegram) and didn't get a single response from Middleman or staff for weeks! The worse thing is "last seen 1min ago" every day I log in which means they are deliberately refusing to pay me, that and the fact they banned my posts on the forms without any feedback (my posts shows 0 visits and don't appear for me when logged out)... After I finally decided to kiss my money goodbye and wrote a bad review here, the Middleman messaged me immediately (like within 1min lol) on Telegram, he basically demanded that I delete the negative review in order to get my payment, and he made a bold claim that "my mixed payment options caused delays". Are you freaking kidding me? Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because 1) I need my large sum of money. 2) Middleman confirmed they finally have all needed information and that my payment shouldn't take more than 96 hours... Needless to say, that was a lie too and just an attempt to stall me even longer... And btw, the Middleman will reduce your payment again and again. If you sell an account at 1000$, the Middleman will offer you 700$ if you're lucky, and if he has to reissue you a new cashout link (which they did for me), they will reduce again to an amount they see fit... In conclusion, please don't make the same mistake as me and never give 2nd chances, they will only provide you with false hope and waste your time and energy for nothing... I logged in multiple times a day just to check if I got my payment and I was sad to see none... (Middleman, don't even attempt to fool me again into deleting this review, I won't! In fact I will write on 4-5 different places unless you give me my money, today! Also feel free to ban my account on the forum because guess what, I don't want to ever use it again!)

I have sold the Tiktok account 3 months ago, so far I haven't received any money. The buyer that bought my account is actively using it. I can see on the list of transactions on Playerup that the payment was sent 3 months ago, but I still haven't received any money yet. It looks like Playerup is taking care of good reviews, but the reality is different. Guys, be aware, it's a scam!

This site is the best legit account trading site. I already done trade many accounts on this site. Thank you Playerup. Some people think this site is a fraud. No, It's not. If you're seller your payment is slow, check your payment detail is correct, do not open duplicated ticket, read knowledge base and be patience. If you're buyer using MM service to buy accounts you're safe from scams.

That page (playerup) is a scam, they never gave me my money, I wrote to them by telegram through the same website and they did not respond to me AT ALL, when I made my complaint on the opinion pages they responded to me to delete my reviews and they gave me my money and I listened to them and they did not comply, I am already tired, I no longer care about losing my money, I want everyone to know that this page is a scam, here I leave the images of the conversations, do not waste your money on that page. They have shifted their site to middleman.net. I waited two months for my money to deposited in my wallet. After writing a negative review they did it. But then again no response once I took down the review. They keep blackmailing me to take down negative reviews and they'll then send the money. They never do. The middleman takes up all the money.

I was the seller, with the buyer wanting to go through a Middleman I whole heartedly accepted this idea since with all my dealings with them they have yet to disappoint me!

Not only we're they really patient with me and the buyer, but they also laid out more options when a previous option was blocked... completely making the sale a whole lot safer and quicker!

I would 100% recommend people to use a middleman on this website since they are absolute saints!

I had written a review earlier about how they didn't send the money even after two months. They made me wait through each step of the process. From creating a thread to sending money in wallet and now in sending it to my bank account. They asked me to take down the review earlier and that they'd help me out. The middleman did send the money to my wallet but now they're again taking long with sending out the money in my bank account. They also sent me only 174 usd when the buyer had paid 206 usd. Though they mention they don't take any money for their services.

I used their "Middleman" service to sell an account. Followed their instructions step by step, the buyer paid 412$ for the account, I delivered the account to the buyer as instructed on their middleman three way ticket, and from that moment my payment has been in pending and I get no replies by any of them.

Read the reviews on multiple sites and most of them are complaining about missing payment, this guys are doing this as if it was their job to scam people.

It's been a few months after I sold my SoundCloud with over 5 million views and even though they claim they had sent the payment to my "wallet" they never did. I entered my correct information to to receive the payment and even used a middleman. The seller ended up getting my account but I never received my payment. I've contacted customer service multiple times and they weren't ever able to fix the issue, they just ignored me. This is completely unacceptable.

Sold my account about 2 months ago for 800$,only $650 was written for crediting. After about 1 month of initiating this transaction I received message that my payout is scheduled to be sent within 1-96 hours. These are many areas where you can view reports from people that have similar situations as mine. This site has been reported in various review sites as being fraudulent as well as having their profile deleted on trustpilot, which is really a sign of how shifty these guys are and now they appear to be farming reviews on various sites including WOT.I cannot caution you enough to avoid this company. They are not a legitimate business, and they have a history of several years of complaints from people that found themselves in the same position as me. I also suggest, that if you have been a victim of fraud from this company, that you report to those above agencies as well.

I sold 2 Fortnite accounts 4 months ago, and so far I haven't received any money. Seemed like a great way of dealing with such transactions, but it's just a terrible experience overall. Eventually you're going to have problems either with service or the product.

Let's get into it.

I found an account for a mobile fighting game that offered a lot of value for the price. I made a purchase via the Credit Card option and the balance was deducted from my bank. It took 4 DAYS for the 3 way conversation to be open, and I completed the transaction with the buyer, who seemed legit, but turns out was a scam as the account seems to be modified or deleted, and he had other linked methods that he emphasized he couldn't access, but did. Even went silent on Facebook.

I opened an urgent support ticket on the 4th of March, hoping I'd get Middleman support ASAP and get a refund but had no response. Contacted Telegram support the next day, and was told to wait. I kept updating the ticket with more info and screenshots until the 10th, where I still had no response. Sent a message to support on the 15TH! Had no response till the 18th where I was told "the team was notified to update you on this." Got a response on the 20th onsite, and told the Middleman I want the order cancelled. Even to this day...nothing.

A simple response would do, instead of radio silence. It just gives yall a further bad look. Hopefully I get an update.

The service is simply horrible with very questionable sellers, breeding a culture of scams. The fact that people have to beg for these people to do the bare minimum and wait AGES for service is unacceptable. Even if you get lucky, the majority isn't.

A while ago, I posted my rollercoin for sale on this site using the PlayerUp middleman service. A few months later, I recieved an offer via email, as shown in image 1. So I accepted this offer and received the next two emails as a follow-up (image 2 and image 3). At this point, I wasn't sure what to do next, so the buyer and I began chatting amongst ourselves, as I could not get a response from the middle man no matter what I tried. Eventually, I relinquished my rollercoin account to the buyer, which was confirmed by both the buyer and me, as shown in image 4.At this point, I expected payment, but this did not happen immediately. Both the buyer and I had kicked up a stink, and after requesting that PlayerUp release the funds, after a couple of days, I received the funds into a "middleman wallet," which I immediately withdrew to my bitcoin address. After another month of waiting and kicking up another stink, I received a message from playerup/middleman stating my cashout was cancelled due to high transaction fees, as shown in image 5, so I changed my withdrawal option to litecoin and even added PayPal as an alternative, and withdrew the money from my middleman wallet again, which has been pending since January 17,2024, as shown in image 6. To this date, I have not been paid. I am not sure what the excuse is this time, but I will either get my money or this site must be taken down because scammers should not be allowed to operate with impunity like this.

Update:

Immediately after posting this review I got a response from playerup shown in image7-image10 (threats of warnings and suspensions like it will make a difference as far as im concerned my money was gone the moment I decided to do business here)

They have offered to pay me if I removed this review, so i did just to see what would happen... all they did was mark my pending payment as expedited as shown in image 16 but sadly after a month they are still not paying and still not communicating and to be honest I expected nothing more from them. So don't fall for this joke!

Sold an account for $200. The buyer was nice. Now came the time to withdraw the money. I had to chase down the playerup support becuase they took too long to credit my account with the money.

Once I tried to withdraw my money, they decided to stall the process for MONTHS.

Their first excuse was that they didn't see my invoice (even though paypal showed that they did), so I sent it again. They then made more excuses for a slow service and told me to send an invoice again. They then continued to ignore me until I started sending 1 star reviews.

It's been almost 6 months and I still haven't been paid

Unfortunately, website owner (middleman) does not pay the sellers' money, and when you message him "why you do not pay the money?" he bans the sellers' accounts. that's why the sellers on that website don't want to deliver the purchased accounts. this website owe me about 100$, when first time after 6 month I asked him to pay my money he deduct about 15$ from cashout pending money, second time after 1 year when I asked him again "Why don't you pay me?" he deduct about 15$ again for no reason. and now he say "we owe u only small 50$" and nothing again, nothing! he does not even pay that small 50$ and has banned my account

Hello, today i am here to talk about how i was & am still owed money from playerup, i am moving very soon & was expected to recieve my money nearly 3 weeks ago, i had submitted multiple tickets, messaged moderators, went to the reddit & even texted the telegram & not a single thing back until finally i was told to submit a paypal invoice, & nothing has come back, no ETA for my money! Nothing! I am owed that money & all i wanted was to use it to help me pay for my moving company. It does seem easy nowadays earn money with positive reviews and advertisements about security.

Playerup is literally a SCAM. I have two pending cashouts, one was started FIVE YEARS ago and the second was started an year ago. So far I haven't received a penny. They've also shadowbanned me on their site and I can't post any threads. Last I heard from their support was on telegram on 6 April 2022. Since then they have completely ignored my messages.
