Retriever Towing review: Unethical behavior

Hello I'm Alan Acosta I had a situation on March 12, 2020 at 3822 Pacific Ave Forest Grov, Or, 97116 where the apartment manager asked for me to move my car so after I jumped started it and got in my vehicle and ready to move it because it wasn't hitch yet and when I tried to move my car I noticed the town truck came from behind me because he noticed I was tryna leave and he backed in even move and hit my exhaust on my car. After I had gotten out to see what was the issue he had committed that he wasn't gonna waist his time drive out to where my car was located to not get paid which then he had me pay 100 bucks out of my pocket, he did mention to me that what he was doing is illegal and was gonna be under the table with me not knowing what to do I did what he asked me to do in order for my car not to be towed. I didn't had any money at the moment. So I decided to call my uncle so he would let me borrow the money to pay tow truck driver. My uncle told me to ask the driver if there was a way he could deposit money to the driver bank account. And the driver gave me a routin number and bank account number. Couple of minutes after the situation I call a friend and told him about the situation and he was telling me that I should make a claim and get my money back because it's illegal what the driver did and have him pay out of his pocket to replace/fix my exhaust.
