I had purchased a battery along with a small set of tools to change my old battery on my truck in the store parking lot. Before I purchased the set of tools, I asked the guy behind the counter to make sure the tools would be able to get the job done. He said yes, "you should be fine". Then, I step out with the tools along with the battery. Less than 5 minutes after, I went back into the store to buy a different set of tools because the first one I got couldn't do the job. After I installed the battery with the second set of tools that I got from the store then I went back to return the first one that I purchased which was not capable of doing the job because it didn't have any deep sockets inside of the box. The same guy I got the tools from said that he would not be able to take it back which means that I could not return the tools. He said," because of the store policy". I think as a loyal customer it was not fair to me, I was mistreated and getting rip off. Normally, when I need something for my car, I only go to Discount to get it. It is ashamed..
