Resume Genius website is not a website that I would recommend to anyone. The customer service is terrible and their policy is very vague and misleading. After reviewing the company's policies and mentioning that it offers self help for customers, there is no clear policy on whether the associates are required or not required to personally draft resumes. While I have had some associates draft resumes, I have had associates to say that they were not going to do it because it was not part of their job description. What is the benefit of having either one of the subscriptions if this is not a service that's included? There is nothing that clearly states that the resume genius associates do not have to help it just says what services are provided vaguely mentioning the expectations of the associates. There is no benefit to having a subscription why pay $3 or $23 if you have to do all of the work yourself what are the associates of Resume Genius therefore if the client has to do all of the work themselves that should be one of the benefits of having the subscription. For someone who already knows how to draft resumes this is not a benefit or an advantage. While some of the associates have helped, majority of them are rude They do not put the customers first. Do not subscribe!
