Resource One Credit Union Problems with resource credit auto loan pt 2

After a weeks making my first payment on time around Jan 28th. I received fishy letter in the mail describing that my insurance was not shared with the creation of my loan. And to send it to a number and an email I did not recoginze, so decided to wait a week for a phone call or to find out more on the acct portal and make sure it was not a phishing scam to get data. Then on Feb 7th I logged back into my account to find I had a 700+ late payment on my account and past due around 47 days. I was unsure why there was late payment since my web portal give no information as a breakdown of the amounts. So I called the customer service to find out that a CPI insurance Fee of 120 had been added to my account. I was told I needed send my insurance declaration page for the past 2 months to show I had insurance on the vehicle and that it would take a week to process the information charges to be fixed on my account. I also was informed my $180 bi weekly payments had not been going thru. So again I used the web portal to make a payment. And after waiting several days to Feb 13th I found out my payment still had not gone thru again after calling customer service. And at this time my acct read 1027 ish was past due with 75 days. After speaking to 4 different people, managers. Specifically Jessica in Customer Service and Roy in Member Solutions. BTW, There helped me the best they could. Just seems the tools they had at their disposal was lacking. No one could tell me how we were getting to a total of 1027. I was informed my 120 charges would be taken off once docs I sent a week ago were verifgied, but that could take 2 weeks to month said ROY. But i was also told by Jessica it could take a few months. I was also told earlier this 120 was incrue extra interest and extra fees that no one could tell me at this point in time how much that was as of today. So again no one knows how we are getting to 1027 and the the past due of 75 days would mean I started being late on Dec 1 st 2023 12 days before I even bought the car. Jessica did share that her records showe that only 1 120 CPI payment had been put on my acct which again brings up that we still do do not know how we are getting to this total. I want to again state I have my bank of america records to show a 350 payment on Jan 3 and Feb 13 has been processed and sent to your bank. Please take off the CPI fee any extra interest and fee associated with these add on fees.

Claimed loss: there is no accurate number as I have a payment due of 1036 and a 1536 payment due showing up on the website. But no breakdown as to how this is getting there.

Desired outcome: Please show my account to be current and please take off the CPI fees and any interest and fee the occured because of theese fee

Hello,

I have recently started a used car loan with Resource Once credit union on dec 12th and today is Feb 14 th. And have several problems that keep geting worst after several attempts to fix. fist in the 2 weeks prior to my first pament to the loan during the week of Dec 19th to the 30. While I could start an online account and link my Bank of America account to make payment to the loan. The actual ability to make a payment with the Bank of America funds was not available. At first I was told that this was system outage problem and understanding it was around Christmas time. I gave them a few days to fix the problem. After the 1st of January I tried to again make the payment online but was still having problems with this ability not working. But by the 3rd and two phone calls later I finally had the abilty to see how much was due and make a payment 1 day prior to the due date. Following this action I enabled bi weekly payments to be made with the same banking info that I used to make the payment.

Resource One Credit Union I need a refund of $210.00 for a charge my CU charge me a FEE for ***

I need a refund of $210.00 for a charge my CU charge me a FEE for ***. I been waiting for a call back from a supervisor for a week and still haven't heard from them. I accrued charges do to the bank holding $237 for a week to pay a past due credit card bill but they held it and never applied the $237 to the bill causing all the fees to accumulate plus 2 over draft fee which the bank credited back. I need $210.00 refunded back ASAP. I tried working with them but again a manager never called me back as requested to fix this issue.

The credit union allowed an unauthorized transaction to be processed on my account 4 months after i had blocked and changed account debit card. I had received an unauthorized charge on my account and I went to the branch location on bellview street in dallas texas to dispute the transaction. I asked them what could I do to prevent this from happening again and the bank teller advise me to cancel the debit card and the would reissue me a new one. They she said I would not have to close my account. So that's what I did. Well 4 months later it happened on the new card without me giving the merchant my new info. But the CU have not refunded my funds and it is clearly their responsibility to protect my account info and my funds. I'm them to refund my $1,039.00. The card was blocked and changed 08 but the transaction was allowed by the credit union 12. 4 months later.

I have been with resource one for about 3-4 now. Recently I had money in my account and due to their end not accurately showing what was in my account. They charged me 5 $35 fees. Understandable if I didn't have the money, however I did. Due to resources one error of not accurately showing my purchases being pending, for a spilt second my account appeared that I pulling from money from held transactions in their words. I had the money, I made my purchases and now I have to pay for it to. I am so disappointed, shocked and downright angry. I want to move banks but of this incident but I want my money back first for this stupidity.

I've paid my account since 2017 and this is a recurring issue they always promise to resolve but it happens yearly. They have been unresponsive. I've attached supporting documents and plan on retaining counsel.

Resource One Credit Union HELLO i have had 4 open auto loans with resorec one credit union witch i have paid 2 in full , i have a 2015 nissan altima that i have purchased

HELLO i have had 4 open auto loans with resorec one credit union witch i have paid 2 in full , i have a 2015 nissan altima that i have purchased for my baby sister and her insurance was cancelled and the credit union forced ins wich i was paying over $ 120 per month on top of the payment , vehicle was totaled and i called the credit union to ask if i was coverd and they told me 100%, balance on the car was $2700 and ins paid 1000 and he balance is at 1700 and gap will not cover the balance WHNE THE CAR IS WORTH $15000.00 . please help i have been dealing with this for over a month and no one is giving me an expplanation. kal *** XXX-XXX-XXXX

Lost title I've recently paid off a vehicle around a little over 2 months ago when I paid the vehicle off I specifically told them what address to send the title to which was my new address that they already had on file from other transactions the teller read back the correct address to me which is the waxahachie address and told me it would be around 5 weeks I even called a week later to make sure it came to my address over a month went by and no title so I called a few times and was told it would be look into never got any response back called back again and was told the title was sent out on the 18th of November but it was sent to the wrong address and they told me it was nothing they can do about it, it was on me to track down the title or go pay for another title. We had a contract my end of the contract got fulfilled I paid all payments and never had any late payments and now that they got there money it's like they don't care I didn't get my title it's on me this vehicle is my commercial work truck it's how I feed my family and if that clear title gets in the wrong hands it could cause a lot of damage and confusion I have sent out an email to Resource one but no response I think they should be held accountable for being careless with fragile documents just like I would of have been held accountable if I didn't make my payments there is no difference we had a contract I still have yet to receive my title or even hear from Resource one I also don't think I should be responsible for paying for another title or even tracking down my title I have a business to run I shouldn't have to take time off work to fix there mistake it should of had got sent to the correct address the first time.

Resource One Credit Union I had a loan with resource one

I had a loan with resource one. When I went to pay it off today, they said my savings account was -$10. I originally had to put $25 in the account to get the loan. I asked why it was -$10. They said it costs $5 for a then to mail out my account balance. I told them I never signed up for that, they said it's automatically done. No one ever told me! They said they only did it twice, but since my account when below the $25 limit, they had to fine me. Totally unacceptable to take money out to send me junk mail and never tell me. Then fine me because they took the money out. Need your help. Asked to talk to a supervisor, but they said nothing can be done, and it will keep going negative because they will keep sending out mail to me.
