from this company. They are just a bunch of scammers who don't care about their customers. I tried to send money to my family in Pakistan, but they never received it. When I contacted ACE Money Transfer, they just gave me the runaround and refused to give me a refund. It's been weeks now and I still haven't gotten my money back. I would never use this service again and I would advise anyone else to stay away from them too. They are a complete waste of time and money.

i used ace money transfer to send money to my family in pakistan and it was so easy. i just had to create an account on their website and then i could send money from my bank account to my family's bank account. the fees were really low compared to other services i've used before. i also liked that i could track the status of my transfer online. i would definitely use ace money transfer again and recommend it to others.

Yo, I wanna talk about ACE Money Transfer. So, I tried to do a transfer with them, using transfer # ***, and let me tell you, it was a total scam. They took my money from my credit card, and even though I showed them my statement, they still haven't transferred my funds or returned my money.

I mean, seriously, this site is a total scam. I ended up doing the transfer through another site, and it went instantly. My family needed the money to buy food and pay bills, so I couldn't wait around for ACE Money Transfer to get their act together.

And then, to top it all off, they asked for additional ID after I had already provided it. I gave them another ID, but they still didn't send my transfer. What a bunch of jerks.

So, please, for the love of all that is good and holy, don't use ACE Money Transfer. I'll update you on my status if they ever decide to transfer my funds, but I'm not holding my breath.

Update: So, get this. After I sent them a selfie with my ID, they replied that they couldn't process my transaction and couldn't refund my money. They told me to call my bank to get a refund, but when I did, my bank said it was a cash advance payment and they couldn't cancel it. Total scam site, I'm telling you.

So, please, please, please, don't use ACE Money Transfer. If you're lucky enough to have stumbled upon my review and saved yourself from being scammed, then that's great. But seriously, don't use this site. And if you do, don't say I didn't warn you.

Oh, and one more thing. Please value my review. I want to make sure that other people don't fall victim to this scam. I'm even going to complain to the FCA UK about this, that's how serious I am.

I recently used ACEMoneyTransfer to send 600GBP to my husband. I chose to use the Trustly bank transfer service and made the transfer on June 21st. However, the verification process started and it was quite lengthy. I had to provide my valid National ID and complete an online verification process through Veriff.com. This process required me to take pictures of my documents and a selfie. I was able to complete this successfully within the given time frame.

However, things started to get complicated when they asked for my bank statement. I explained that I couldn't download the current statement of my account, but they asked me to take pictures of all the transactions and account details. They also asked for my bank statement for the past three months, which I provided. Then, they asked for exact pictures of the account details with their particular and recent transactions. I was confused as to why they needed so much information, but I provided everything they asked for.

After providing all the information and going through the live verification process, they started to make things up. They told me that my verification was in process, but it has been 7 days now and they are still holding my money. Every time I try to contact them through their website or app chat service, they tell me that my transaction is in the verification process and end the chat. It's frustrating as a customer to wait for a representative to join a chat and then simply end it in a few seconds without even letting me answer.

Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Their staff never provides a response, and even when I call them, they tell me to do whatever I want to do. They never send the money, and all they say is that they are working hard. I would never use their services again, and I advise others not to use them either. They are not reliable and do not provide good customer service.

I am disappointed and depressed that all my personal information and classified documents are with them now. It's a shame that they can't provide a reliable service and keep their customers' information safe.
