I can't believe the nightmare I'm going through with Stock Yards Bank and Trust Company. Ever since I stopped banking with them, they won't let me pay my mortgage. It's so frustrating! I just want to pay my bills, but they're making it impossible. What a hassle!

There was a fraud transaction on our account. Stock Yards Bank refused to correct the situation, instead sending a letter stating there was no error.

I've tried many times to get them to send me my mortgage interest statement from 2021, but they never respond to my emails. I really need those statements as soon as possible.

stock yard and trust banks have a 24-hour banking phone number to cancel cards that have been hacked. However, when I called, it connected me to banks that have nothing to do with stock yard banks. So, I wasted three hours trying to cancel my debit card that was fraudulently used, but I got nowhere.

The bank hired some company to come take pictures of my house without telling me and with no reason, and then wants me to pay for it. They called it a property inspection fee. I never had it in the 9 years I've been with them. There's no reason for it, and I shouldn't have to pay for it. They wouldn't give me a reason for it.

For like 6 months I've been tryin' to refinance my crib's mortgage. But dang, Stock Yards Bank been messin' things up big time. First, they ain't reportin' them Covid 19 deferred payments without no penalty. Then, they can't even get the loan status right with them credit agencies. And to top it off, they ain't keepin' their word on the interest rate they promised for the refinance. It's been a real headache dealin' with 'em.

Stock Yards Bank and Trust Company is a total joke. They let things go through your account without any care, and they even let others take your hard-earned money. On top of that, I pay extra to keep my account safe and have overdraft protection. But when I called today to ask if I could have that protection again, they told me I'm not allowed anymore. I told them that if that's the case, I want my money back. I've been with them for 5 years, and now I feel like they're really screwing me over.

I paid my mortgage from *** on July 31. *** confirmed the payment with a number. Commonwealth Bank and trust keeps saying they didn't receive the payment. I sent proof of payment for $1400. Now they told the credit Bureau. They still won't confirm my August mortgage payment. I never missed a payment in nine years, and all payments are sent electronically with confirmations. The funds were sent electronically like always.

In early August , the loan officer, ***, offered me a lower fixed rate and reduced mortgage payment. He mentioned that my first payment would be due in November . I gathered all the necessary forms, such as my assets and list of debts, for the refinancing process. It was supposed to be completed by September 30. However, I later discovered that *** was no longer employed there.

Afterwards, I started receiving notices from my mortgage company, ***, stating that they had not received the payoff for my refinancing. I called Commonwealth to inquire about the situation, as I fell behind on my mortgage while waiting for the refinancing. It felt like I was being given the runaround. Eventually, I managed to reach the branch manager, "***," who advised me to contact the head loan officer named "***" to resolve the issue. She provided me with his number, and despite calling him multiple times, he never returned my messages.

Finally, I received a letter stating that my refinancing had not been approved. I wish I had been notified earlier, before September 30, so that I could have continued making mortgage payments for September and October while waiting for Commonwealth. Their handling of my refinancing was unprofessional, causing me bitterness, anger, and emotional distress. It was a truly negative experience dealing with them.
