I was absolutely terrified to make this phone call and start the debt relief process. Its incredibly embarrassing and nerve wracking to know how much debt I've accumulated and just how in over my head I was. But Pacific Debt Relief made me feel completely at ease and comfortable and made the process so much easier than I ever thought. As soon as he walked me through everything, I felt a million pounds fall off my shoulders. I know I'm not alone in this situation as so many of us have struggled greatly the last couple of years. I'm so grateful I was able to find this company and they have compassionate people working for them. That means the world to those of us having to make this call. Thank you!

We just relocated to a new city in April 2022, and it could not have been at a worst time with rising living expenses, high interest rates, we couldn't even afford to buy a car. Since we were unemployed for the first 3 months, we turned to our credit cards to supplement bill paying and daily necessities. It made me nervous seeing our high credit card balances! I answered a random phone call and through a series of conversations started the last one with Justin Sherman with Pacific Dept Inc. After a failed attempt at debt consolidation and a credit score that crashed during the Age of Covid 19. I was looking for an answer to reducing and eliminating a 27,000 dollar unsecured liability. I needed a different opportunity and as it was being explained Justin started to make sense, I decided to enroll in the program. I realize that its a process and one that I could endure and even enjoy on a path a renewed fiscal future. Awesome! The information provided from my account manager was proficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and his customer service was excellent. My account manager was patient with me and professional. Unfortunately, I was drowning in debt and felt I had no way of escaping. I tried to be responsible in anything that I do because of the effects of COVID-19, and with a decrease in salary, I had to resort to utilizing Pacific Debt. It brings me comfort knowing that the debt that I owe will be paid, and the stress that was affecting my health will no longer be an issue. I researched consolidation loans in my area and was guided to Pacific Debt Relief. When I returned the phone call I missed, I asked for the gentleman who left me a voicemail. However, the representative said sure but never transferred me, just told me he could help. He was not helpful at all. None of my accounts are in bad standing, I just want help paying them off and closing them. He made me feel like a complete fool for applying. When he told me what I qualified for, I got confused and he kept me confused. Then he told me I needed a co-signer with an 800 credit score or to let my accounts go into bad standing so they can negotiate the debt. He was the complete opposite of professional, empathetic, and kind. For this being my first time even researching my options, I definitely hung up embarrassed and feeling less hopeful than before. Had he explained my only option in a different context, it wouldn't have been such a large gray area to leave me with tons of questions, which probably would have helped him not get agitated with my many questions.

I worked with Rian. He was very helpful in explaining actually what the program was that I was needing and how I am to benefit from the results. I did some online review checks before I signed any documents and couldn't find anything negative. Rian did a great job explaining my debts and how I am currently paying them to how I will paying them in the future. Having gone through a divorce and turning my business over to the ex-wife, my financial circumstances changed but I still needed to continuing paying the debt "we" had acquired for our new home. Pacific Debt offered a solution based on my reliable credit history. Rian had gone through the entire contract with me and explained in detail of what I was signing as to not try and hide anything so I felt very satisfied and reassured. I did my research on this company before signing documents and felt comfortable; I suggest everyone do their research first for their own satisfaction but I am happy to be on the way to financial freedom. My husband and I started with Pacific Debt Relief to consolidate our debt. We incurred debt before and after moving, and we wanted to settle our debts earlier than planned. However, getting in touch with our "Senior Account Manager" was extremely difficult. We had to call multiple times and speak to different people just to get a call back. We pleaded with them to pay off our debt sooner, but it was a frustrating experience. We were under the impression that all our accounts would be frozen and taken care of by Pacific Debt Relief, but to our surprise, our debt was sold to a legal firm. We were never informed that this could happen. The legal firm immediately filed a lawsuit against us for over $3,000. This happened during a time when the government was forgiving rent and there were no repercussions or evictions. We had been trying to pay off the debt in full for months, but Pacific Debt Relief did not respond to us. We were then sued, which negatively impacted our credit rating. We had to pay the legal firm double the amount we were initially told by Pacific Debt Relief. We couldn't reach our "Senior Account Manager" and now we are facing a lawsuit. These experiences have made us lose trust in Pacific Debt Relief.

I try make payments with all my debit. Over 1 year l paid $448 and now Just deal for 2 creditor agreement total payment $4k even not paid full. And broke my credit. I check statement my balance $1500 than l call and cancel other 2 creditor for dealing after no return any money from my account to my bank account. I like to report and return my money back. Thanks
