Reserve Bank of India [RBI] review: Person loan payment

I was comminicated with bjaj finserve for bellow complain to resolved but they are not giving sutisfactory answer.
I am writing to follow up regarding a transaction that I have previously informed you was not initiated by me. I would appreciate your assistance in clarifying the following points:

Who authorized the refund process on my behalf, as I did not provide any such consent.

The exact date of the transaction in question, which I did not perform or approve.

The account to which the refunded amount was transferred.

Why the refunded amount was not adjusted against the Part payment amount. I was paid one time INR 15000 for part payment.

Who authorized the refund process on my behalf, as I did not provide any such consent on an auto basis.
